Thank you for your review! The team at Florida Premier Rentals is delighted to hear that you found the home to be in excellent condition and that you had an outstanding stay overall. We appreciate your feedback regarding the pool alarm. While we understand it can be an adjustment, it is an important safety feature designed to help protect guests and comply with Florida safety requirements. We also appreciate your comments regarding the location description. Walt Disney World covers a very large area, and travel times can vary depending on the specific park and traffic conditions. We're glad to hear that despite this concern, you enjoyed the home and your stay. Thank you again for choosing Florida Premier Rentals. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another great vacation in the future!

Dear Terry, Always great to hear from a happy client, we’re thrilled that you enjoyed your vacation with us in Orlando. We hope you managed to see all the sights, but if not, there’s always next year! Traffic can sometimes be an issue at peak times. We encourage those who find traffic frustrating to travel slightly outside of peak times to avoid this inconvenience. Here at Florida Premier Rentals we’re always up to date on what’s happening in the area and add new vacation homes to the list all the time. We hope that you visit again soon!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We're so glad you found our house lovely and well-maintained, and that you had an overall great time. It's wonderful to hear that the property manager contact was excellent and that everyone (mostly!) enjoyed the pool and property. We appreciate your feedback regarding the WiFi strength with multiple users and will certainly look into ways to improve that experience for future guests. We also note your personal preference regarding the heated pool; as you said, "to each their own," and we're happy it was enjoyed by the rest of your group! We hope to welcome you back again.
