Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes an increase in visitors—especially when it comes to parking. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.
You’ll find a few options for parking in Canmore:
Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.
Standard-Sized Stalls – Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.
Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through the end of September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location. Very comfortable and clean condo. Loved the outside pool, hot tub and sauna. Underground parking was a plus. Hosts were very accessible and easy to communicate with.

A Memorable Stay

The apartment was spotless and absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and great attention to detail. The pool was excellent and added to the experience. My sister and nephew, visiting from the Netherlands, especially loved the snow. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

We LOVED this apartment!! Lovely view of the 3 Sisters and the sunrise!! Really appreciated the setup of the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms as well. The sheets and beds were VERY cozy and loved the bathtub!! 👏👏👏👏👏

Peaceful weekend

The penthouse suite was super clean , very comfortable beds , amazing amenities with the hot tub pool and sauna our favourite . Felt like it was home away from home as it had everything we needed . We also asked for a late check out and they were very responsive as well as fantastic communication . Can’t wait to come back .

Everything was as advertised and would rent again if ever in the area. Canmore is much more relaxing than the overcrowded Banff.
