Located within walking distance of Downtown and all the best restaurants, art galleries, shopping, and nightlife Livingston has to offer. 26 miles from Chico Hot Springs and 54 miles from the North entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Surrounded by four majestic mountain ranges, Park County offers a beautiful natural setting for relaxation and recreation along the legendary Yellowstone River. The quaint and quiet town of Livingston is steeped in the history of Lewis & Clark, Calamity Jane and Yellowstone National Park.

This cottage has exceptional attention to detail inside and out, it is superbly decorated with light and bright contemporary colors and style. You'll find the master bedroom with queen size bed located on the 1st floor. A spiral staircase opens into the upstairs bedroom with two twin beds. The property features a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a fenced yard with two patios, attractive plantings and multiple seating areas.

This is a great house in a nice location in town that is an easy drive or walk to downtown. The small backyard was very handy for my dog. The owners are pleasant, responsive and accommodating.

The property is very cute and extremely well maintained and supplied with everything you could possibly need. We especially love the great fenced patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Our dog loves this amenity too!

Just Right!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great little property. After booking, I was a little concerned that it might be too small (2 adults, 2 teens), but it was the perfect setup and lived much bigger than it seems. The washer/dryer was great to have, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was great. Should we find ourselves back in this amazing little town, this will be our first choice for accomodations!

Quaint town, Perfect spot

We stayed in the area to visit Yellowstone. We also took a few days to enjoy Livingston and the cute downtown area. We felt that the location seemed to be in a safe neighborhood, we liked that we had a kitchen to make some meals. My kids enjoyed the upstairs area. The host was really easy to connect with when we had any questions.

Great location

This is a great location with an easy walk to downtown Livingston. The owner communicates well and is quick to respond to inquiries. The house has everything you could possibly need with a well-stocked kitchen and bath and the living space is comfortable. The neighbors are very nice as well. If you can stay here, you will be happy you did!

Great place and location

This is a great location and very well stocked home. A short walk to downtown Livingston and friendly neighborhood. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you could possibly need and the home is very clean and organized. The owner is quick to answer questions and helpful. If you can book this place you will have an enjoyable stay.

Nice place to stay when fishing the Yellowstone

Property was very clean and well stocked. The neighbors were also very friendly. It is very convenient to downtown Livingston and only 1 hour to the North entrance of Yellowstone. The only issue with the house is the stairwell going upstairs. It is extremely tight, steep and difficult to get luggage up. However, this is shown in the photos of the property.

Livingston getaway

Wonderful funky, eclectic 1 bedroom, 1 loft home in walking distance to the equally funky and eclectic downtown of Livingston. All the features of home with easy check in and check out and easy communication with host. Would love to stay here again. Awesome outdoor area that we werent able to use due to snow.

surprisingly spacious and so relaxing!

We rented this property at the end of a family trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. with our adult children (20 and 22). We loved the Industrial design and decor of the home and especially enjoyed the outdoor space for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour :) The home was super clean with comfortable beds. It was so easy to relax and enjoy the down time after a busy week at the National Parks. The kitchen was fully stocked with tools and spices. We picked up steaks at a local market and used the gas grill one evening for our meal. We enjoyed exploring the town of Livingston and also made a trip to Chico Hot Springs to soak in the pool one afternoon. The weather was also perfect for us - which made this last leg of our trip even better!

Perfect Introduction to Livingston

Kirsten’s cottage was the perfect base from which to explore Livingston and the area. Super clean, very comfortable bed, and great shower pressure & temp are just a few things I’d call out. You can tell the owners have put a lot of care, thought and love into their home, and the guest experience.

We had a really great time. I love the enclosed outside area! Would like you to know that the coffee maker quit on about the 2nd day. Could have been user error. Found the French press and use that, so no problems. Just wanted you to know. Thanks for sharing your property.

Great house to spend a summer living in!

The house is nicely situated even though close to neighbors, east of downtown and is quieter. The kitchen has everything you will need and beyond. Well stocked with plenty of everyday items. Two Great patios in the back. It stays cool on hot days, has heating for cold nights👍cozy queen bed with a really nice mattress. Close enough to walk or bike to town. Really enjoyed our visit here😎👍

Lovely place, great location!

This was our second time staying here and we'd return again. The place is cute - with really nice concrete and metal touches - and well equipped. The two outdoor seating areas are a bonus and the outdoor decor is really well done and original. We enjoyed several long walks around the neighborhood and walked downtown to pick up dinner most nights. Walk to river as well. There's an excellent health food store just 4 blocks away - highly recommend! Do yourself a favor and climb the hill across the railroad tracks to look down on the town and get an amazing view of the surrounding and distant mountains in the fading light. Do note that the house is very close to neighbors and some barking dogs, but it wasn't too bad.

Great Livingston Home Base

This is a lovely, spacious, well-appointed cottage for a Livingston-based adventure. Easy walking to downtown, and a short drive away from many wonderful hikes. My husband, our dog, and I had a great time, and highly recommend this spot!

The cottage was purchased and remodeled in 2008. Troy and Kirsten have always loved Livingston and wanted a place for their 'mini vacations' from Bozeman. The house was remodeled with the environment in mind using green and reclaimed materials. Troy has been a stone mason for over 20 years and is responsible for the stonework that makes the cottage extra charming. Kirsten and Troy have traveled extensively and have filled the cottage with all of the things that they have found make their travels easier. You will love this place!
