This charming condo has been beautifully maintained and updated with a decorating scheme that has fun at the beach in mind! Sit back on your balcony and soak in the sun and enjoy the Gulf breezes with the Gulf of Mexico located right across the street. This condo conveys with a seasoned rental history - Enjoy the many amenities of Gulf Place including: 3 pools, hot tubs, deeded beach access and tennis courts, while being just steps to the Gulf Place shops, artists' colony, restaurants and outdoor festivals the area is famous for!

Gulf Place, just opposite Ed Walline beach access and located just steps from the famous sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast, Gulf Place is one of 30A’s original urban developments. The 25-acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to offer a one stop vacation destination with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, a nature walking trail, plentiful green space, tennis, pools and more.
