Just 2 mins walking from the beach, a 1 minute walk to the many restaurants and ice cream parlors on Ocean Ave, plus access to a Marina with easy transportation to the famous Peanut Island for snorkeling and diving. You will find several walking trails within the neighborhood, the historical Town Hall, Phil Foster Park and more. Pool, BBQ, Picnic Tables, lounge chairs, & Laundry Room are shared spaced. In order to get service pets registered with the community we need pet's vaccination certificate.
