Stunning Views

Our family first ventured onto Sanibel over 20 years ago and fell in love with its unique, laid back feel. A tranquil, lush island setting that truly allows you to relax and spend time with those who are important to you. From the beautiful shell covered beaches to the activity in the bay, which often includes dolphins, Sanibel stands out as an unspoiled gem. Just recently purchased and owner/designer outfitted with all new furniture and bedding. It has been appointed to maximize the views! The main photo displays our amazing view(no enlargement necessary) from our bay view seating where we regularly see dolphins playing. The unit adjoins a covered seating/grilling area for lounging or outdoor dining. A beautiful pool is just steps from our ground floor unit and it's just 95 steps to the well outfitted fishing pier. Comfortably furnished and set up with 2 king beds. The kitchen is well appointed or I'd be pleased to share some of our favorite eateries! From the time you come over the bridge to our friendly,keyless entry door is just 3 minutes. We've created so many great Sanibel memories. We think you will too!

Super condo and location

Very relaxing

I stayed in this condo several times when I was younger, I seen the pictures online and it brought back wonderful memories. Everything was updated nicely and our vacation with my wife and Kids was amazing!

Excellent location!

Beautiful place! The condo is well equipped with everything you will need. Very spacious. The beds were comfortable and you had incredible views out all windows. We fished a lot from the pier-excellent fishing! The property is well maintained. The pool is clean. Again, great location! We hope to be back!

Perfect location on Sanibel Island

We love the location of Mariner Pointe in Sanibel Island. The fishing of the pier is daily highlight, and the close proximity to the bike path is great. The complex amenities of the pools and tennis courts are perfect and never very busy. We enjoyed this unit as it was decorated with an island vibe and was very clean and cheerful. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Thank you for a wonderful week on the Island!

Great location and amenities

Most of the rental properties on Sanibel are on the ocean side of the island, either on the beach or within walking distance of the beach. This one is on the bay side and requires some kind of transportation to reach the beach. We knew this going in and prefer the trade off where we can see the bay directly from our unit and the kids can play outside or use the pool just outside of the unit. This provides another type of activity in addition to the beach. We chose to rent a car which let us get all around the island which we did in some capacity each day. We’d like to visit again and we’ll definitely look to rent here as our first choice rather than one of the many more typical resorts found on the ocean side of the island. Thanks for the great experience on Sanibel!

Wedding anniversary get away

We had an amazing, quiet and relaxing stay on Sanibel for our 25th anniversary. We were able to enjoy eating breakfast outside our condo, watching dolphins swim by the pier and in the marina, and spend many hours sitting on the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. The only negative were the signs saying to stay off the grass as new sod had just been planted but it didn't hinder our week of relaxation.

Great Family Vacation

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kris was very responsive in our correspondence prior to our trip. She had everything we needed in the unit to be comfortable during our stay. The view from the condo was amazing. We enjoyed watching dolphin from our living room. Very well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. Outstanding!

This may sound like we are family members or friends of the owner, but we are just a very lucky couple from Ohio who happened upon this fabulous place! It was as represented and the condo was beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed watching dolphins swim right off the pier, lunch waterside on the covered patio, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We rented bikes at Billy’s and rode to our favorite beach every day. It was our first time to the island and we enjoyed the restaurants and everything about it. Would definitely stay in the same place!

Our family purchased our first property 25 years ago on Sanibel and fell in love with this unique island. A tranquil, lush setting that allows you to relax and spend time with those that are important to you.

This completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo offers sweeping views and proximity to amenities. Owner/designer outfitted with a casual coastal flair, the condo offers a king bedroom with walk in shower adjoining bathroom and a queen bedroom that is adjacent to the guest bath. Both rooms have 55" TVs. The custom kitchen is well appointed, or we have a list available referencing our favorite eateries. The main photo displays our view (not enlarged!) from all of our Bayview seating where we regularly see dolphins and manatees. The spacious living area boasts a 65" tv or play games at the bay view table. The unit ideally adjoins a covered outdoor seating area or use our chairs for your favorite spot. We have close proximity to the smaller pool and are just 95 steps to the fishing pier. No fishing license is required for the property while renting.

Mariner Pointe complex includes 100 units but with its' extensive amenities never feels crowded. The complex includes tennis and pickleball courts, 2 pools, a shuffleboard court, a kayak launch and extensive boardwalks on the bay and canal. If biking is your thing, rentals can be delivered to enjoy the nearly 25 miles of paved paths. From the time you come over the bridge to our keyless entry door is just 3 minutes! Our goal is to make your stay both comfortable and memorable. We think Sanibel is simply the best! ** Please note. Painting and landscaping staff may be present on the property thru the end of 2025 to complete post-Ian details. Thank you for your understanding.
