The Country Vintage Loft

If you like Vintage, you will love our Country Loft. Newer memory foam beds, (Queen, double, and twin) sleeps six guests comfortably with a brand new bathroom and lot's of amenities. We are located in a small quaint town in Sterling, close to Lawton, Elgin, Medicine park, Chickasha, Duncan, Marlow, Fletcher, and Fort Sill. Perfect for a couple or families attending Ft. Sill Graduation. We have been hosting since 2017 and are currently super host with Airbnb. We live downstairs of the property and we have friendly cat's on the porch. The laundry room is a common area with kitchenette.

Better than a hotel!

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the owners went above and beyond to make our trip better.

Andrea and Mom was a delight to host. They were quiet, left my place clean and in order and very friendly. I highly recommend to other hosts and definitely welcome them to stay anytime! The perfect guests!

Great getaway location

I greatly appreciate Evelyn and Mark. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable in their home. Highly recommended hosts! 10 out of 10!

The property was absolutely gorgeous and perfect. The owners made us feel like family. Everything we needed and then some was right there. I will definitely go back there and I’ve already told everybody I know about it. I have no complaints at all. The best place I have ever stayed and it was very hard to leave.

Great Stay

Evelyn and her husband are great hostess/host. They are knowledgeable of the area, friendly and helpful. We loved the modern, clean bathroom, the kitchenette was so handy to prepare an easy meal. The additional room downstairs served us well to set up snacks and play board games. All areas were clean. The stairs are very steep, but have warning sign to use handrails. The beds were comfortable but would benefit by sturdier slats. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely refer friends and stay again if we have the opportunity.

The yard was unkempt, and there was plastic covering the back porch. After seeing the surrounding neighborhood, we did not even go inside. The house next door looked like a junkyard, and partially boarded up. Meth lab comes to mind. There were several other houses boarded up and a huge pile of rubble on the corner where i guessed a house had been demolished, looked like it had been that way for quite a while. Overall, i did not feel safe in the area due to the conditions of the surrounding area. We did not stay. After several hours on the phone, my issue was resloved and we stayed elsewhere. I will not, however, use vrbo ever again.

Not a 5-star hotel, but comfortable.

Quiet location and the room is private. It’s a bit quirky, but lots of space and the private bathroom boasts an awesome shower. The entry to access the space is through the screened area where the cats reside, so maybe not the best place if you are allergic. Luckily, I am not, so no worries. The cats are pretty shy (or at least they were for my very short visit) with the exception of a little female tabby that I made friends with. I only stayed overnight one night.. I bet I would have made more kitty friends had I been around a bit more. If you’re going to get your cat fix, be patient. And maybe spend more than one night.

Weekend get away

We loved it here. Perfect for my family of 5 in town for ball games. We will be staying here again. We enjoyed just sitting around and doing nothing. Host were great!!
