- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a shower room with shower and vanity unit
- A separate WC

Additional equipment : high chair, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A heated swimming pool (shared with the owner) measuring 11x5m, open from April to October. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. For children's safety, the pool is fenced and locked. Please note that it is forbidden to eat around the pool.
- A private, unshared garden of around 8000 m².
- A 25m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne, on a 9,000 m² estate, with flower-growing in the middle of the countryside, in a peaceful, unoverlooked setting. Nearby, you'll find all the shops you need (mini-market, tobacconist, chemist, baker, butcher, delicatessen, etc.).
