Wifi, television, washing machine and equipped kitchen (large fridge, oven, electric hob, kettle, etc...) I always leave the minimum available to cook (salt/pepper, oil, vinegar...)

The plus: the apartment is on the 4th floor and crossing, so with the ocean air it's not hot and there are no mosquitoes! You still have a fan just in case...

The apartment is a 5 min walk from shops and restaurants, Atlantic Park, rides, surf schools and bike rental shops.

Close to the forest, cycle paths, 10 minutes from Hossegor, 35 minutes from Bayonne and 1 hour from Spain to enjoy tapas!!

Perfect for a single person and/or couple with 1 or 2 children. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The bedroom has a 2x1 seater drawer bed and a desk if you want to work.
