We have a condo in Majestic Sun, A-313.
'Majestic'' is a great word for this resort! 2000 feet of magnificent open shoreline, spectacular east to west Gulf views of emerald green waters, sugar white sand beach, dolphins romping in the surf, and the most majestic sunsets anywhere, they all are a part of what you can soon call your 'home away from home'! Majestic Sun Beach Resort at Seascape, Destin, Florida.
This is Majestic Sun, a luxury condominium resort, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the many extras of this two bedroom deluxe vacation home, with the comforts and amenities you want and expect.

Our stay was amazing. We celebrated my daughter's 16th Birthday this year on our trip! Fireworks from the balcony of this condo were simply the best. We will absolutely be staying at Bob and Mary's condo again!

Magnificent Time in Miramar!

This property is amazing! We loved being steps away from the beautiful beach, enjoyed convenient access to an amazing indoor / outdoor pool, shopped and had ice cream at our fingertips… it was the best vacation ever! We will be back!!

Oh the view!!

Wonderful condo with all the comforts of home!! Beautiful gulf view yet conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. My husband loved the parking….great perk!! Bob and Mary are wonderful!! I feel like I’ve known them forever!! Great communication making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely rent from them again. We love it here

This is our second stay with Bob & Mary. They are the sweetest and their condo is perfect. Great location and feels like home away from home. The new tile and fresh paint was a bonus to an already great condo. We love it here!

A313 is Majestic

We’ve stayed in this condo unit a few times and each time it’s perfect. Bob and Mary are very gracious hosts and their communication far exceeds any that I’ve had elsewhere. The location is perfect. The view is perfect. The stay is always perfect. It’s pretty much the only condo unit we rent these days.

The Best Beach Getaway!

Bob and Mary’s condo is the perfect beach getaway! This was our 2nd year staying .. we have booked for a 3rd year next September 2024! The condo is well maintained, clean and has the perfect view of the Gulf. Parking in the parking garage is so convenient. There are so many great restaurants close by. We rented a golf cart this year and will be doing that for now on! It is a great way to get around. Thanks to Bob and Mary for their great hospitality!

Home Away from Homd

The condo was great. Right on the gulf and above the pool. We could easily check on our kids in the pool without having to hover all day.we did have a few maintenance issues but no fault of the owners and everything was fixed quickly. I would highly recommend Bob and Mary”s condo. They are the sweetest.

Great Property and Location

Bob and Mary's condo is very clean and comfortable with a great view of the Gulf - which we enjoyed taking in from the balcony while we noshed. We were in Destin for a multi-day concert that was held on the Seascape grounds so the location was just perfect as we could walk to the venue. What was also great? If we could give Bob and Mary more than 5 stars for communication, we would! We had everything we needed to check in smoothly AND the morning we arrived in Destin they called to let us know we could go to the condo earlier than 3 pm as the cleaning crew was finished. We had been up since 3 am to catch our flight, so this was music to our ears. Thank you!

Perfect Location

This condo is a great property. Super comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for the best accommodations to attend the Mooncrush Music Festival. Beach access directly across the street, pool, hot tub, restaurants, gift shop, coffee shop, etc. all within walking distance. The view from the balcony can't be beat!!! Will be staying her again.

Beautiful Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Condo. The Condo is well maintained, very clean and stocked perfectly with everything you will need. The owners are very attentive and responsive. Great beach trip!

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 3 adults and two teenagers. Condo was clean and as the pictures showed. Convenient to restaurants, golf cart rentals and Alvin’s island. Beach is right across the street. No waiting for an elevator!! Can’t wait to go back. The owners were amazing answering questions and providing all information we would need.

My wife, Mary, and I have always loved the Destin area. While growing up in Georgia, my first beach trip ever was to the Florida Gulf Coast. After coming to the Destin area on vacation for many years, Mary and I decided to buy our first condo in 2001. Since then we have enjoyed every visit we have made with our children, 11 grandchildren (5 are pictured with us here), other relatives and friends.
I love golfing and fishing and Mary loves the beach, pool, sun and shopping. We both enjoy the great selection of restaurants here and the fabulous food.
Over the years we have personally met and become friends with many of the Guests who have rented from us and return to our condo year after year.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We chose Majestic Sun because of the gulf/beach views from our condo, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and fitness center. Within 1 mile of Majestic Sun we have the convenience of grocery, drug store, outlet mall, restaurants, banks, churches, and souvenir shops. We chose this location because we believe the Emerald Green waters and sugar white beaches are the most beautiful to be found anywhere. There are so many activities for families, children and adults.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Mary and I have been managing our Majestic Sun condos for over 22 years and provide the type of condo
our Guests expect. Our condo is called the Deluxe model. One feature of that model is the master bedroom being located on the front, Gulf side of the condo. The location of the condo is on the third floor, which is the same level as the top floor of the parking garage behind Majestic Sun with a walkover bridge. Guests like this feature since they can communicate with family and friends who might be on the pool deck area. There are full views of the Gulf/beach from the large balcony, master bedroom, living area, dining area and kitchen.

NOTE: Majestic Sun has a policy that to rent a condo, the booking guest must be at least 25 years old and occupy the condo the entire time of the rental agreement. Violators of this policy will be evicted.
