Over the years, we have hosted many wonderful families, but Katherine, Chip, and their family were truly exceptional. They stayed with us for over a month and were absolute model guests—respectful, communicative, and a complete pleasure to host. We had zero issues throughout their stay and would welcome them back in a heartbeat. We are already looking forward to making this an annual tradition for them at our South Florida Spacious Oasis!

Max and family and friends were excellent guests. They took care of the vacation home, communicated well, and followed all the rules. I would welcome them to stay at our vacation homes again; I highly recommend them to other homeowners or property managers. Max, Thank you kindly. A great vacation experience!

The property was clean and spacious, perfect space for all our needs. We enjoyed all the outdoor amenities, especially the heated pool, and all communication with the owner was answered quickly & professionally. The location is great; all the area beaches, towns, & restaurants are easily accessible within 15min either way or 5 min down the road to Deerfield. A wonderful property in every way!

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation with plenty of room for our family and nanny. The kids had tons of space to run around and lots of activities and toys to occupy themselves. Sherwin set us up with a safety fence for the pool and was highly highly accommodating and made our stay so fun and relaxing. We plan to come back soon!!

Great location, great property manager

This house is lovely and large enough for teens to space out but the real show stopper is the relaxing backyard with the gorgeous pool. The property manager, Sherwin, is very responsive and communication was pleasant and reassuring. The location is perfect for getting to Deerfield Beach and all the great restaurants it has to offer. Oh and it's right by a Target which was great for any supplies needed. Would 100% stay here again.

Our host Sherwin went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The property was well kept, clean, safe and fun. He gave us tons of options of things to do in the area and was always available for questions. We will definitely return to this property in the future.

Wonderful Retreat

We are so glad we found this house in Deerfield Beach. It is located in a great spot near popular beaches. The house has been extensively updated and has everything you would need. The pool and backyard are so nice that you don’t even want to go to the beach. The property owner is very attentive and engaged to ensure a good time is had by everyone. I highly recommend this home for a family vacation in South Florida.

Lovely home at a great Location!

Our host, Sherwin, was incredible! The property is well kept, the backyard is a beautiful, private oasis and the entire experience was so well managed! Sherwin gave us so many options of things to do in the area! He provided everything we needed and was available at all times to answer our questions “pronto” which was extremely helpful! Great communication!

Thanks for the communication about the property and surrounding areas! Great backyard oasis space. Extremely kid friendly and kid welcoming. Good communication and followup regarding a small issue we had. Close to stores and conveniences.

Beautiful home

Wed like to thank Shirwin for being a wonderful host. the home is lovely, super clean and has lots of amenities that made our stay perfect. the best part for us was the pool and the master bedroom has a really nice bathroom, very spacious. the beds were very comfortable and they supplied lots of towels for our family of 9. the kitchen has lots of pots and utensils that was very useful since we decided to stay in and cook. this was my first time renting an rbnb and it was great, checking in and out was smooth. thanks again, we will definitely be back.

Fanny and her family were excellent guests! They were respectful, followed the house rules, and left the house clean and tidy. Communication was also great, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. I would be more than happy to welcome Fanny and her family back again in the future. We had the absolute best experience staying at this gorgeous Deerfield Beach property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better!). The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything we needed.What made our stay truly exceptional was the host, Sherwin. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and cared for. From thoughtful touches around the house to prompt and kind communication, he was truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and their experience.If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway with a host who treats you like family, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!
