Exceeded Expectations

The Property Owner was very accommodating with our request to check-in 3 hours early due to people arriving from out of town. The home was clean, nicely remodeled, and spacious. We had a group of 9 and appreciated the thought put into extremely comfortable beds for all. The living room was set up with multiple large sofa recliners which allowed everyone to visit in comfort. I highly recommend!

Feels like you are at home

This home was absolutely perfect! We were visiting Lawton for our Soldier’s basic training graduation and family day. This house felt like we were at home, we got to hang out all day with our son. We cooked, played ping pong, and chilled in the outside patio. It was very spacious, and clean. Everything we needed was available, from bathroom supplies, extra blankets, cooking utensils, laundry necessities, there was a bunch of other items available for our use. We received the address 3 days before the date. It was a quiet nice neighborhood, close to everything. The host was very responsive, and communicated the day we were scheduled to arrive. If my son is ever station at Fort Sill in the future, we will be back to this house. I can’t recommend this rental enough!

False Advertising and Unpleasant Owner

First off, there were no walk through with the owner and myself! Second, I had to keep texting asking for the address, we had to keep riding around until the address was finally given. Third, once we got in, myself, husband, and cousin did a walk through. I took pictures and immediately contacted the owner with my concerns. The house was not cleaned upon our arrival, the washcloth/towels/sheets/blankets were dingy/dirty! The floors, window seals, sink, tub/shower were not clean. There were hair all in the shower and on the shower curtain in the other bathroom. The owner got offended and sent me a ugly message saying I implied their home was nasty and I just wanted a free stay or extra day! That was despicable and uncalled for because I was just letting them know that the clean up person didn't do a good job! Come to find out, tge owner cleaned the home and that's why they were offended. I told the owner I never ask for anything free and if I showed them a picture of my house, they would be AMAZED! My home triples that house and for the fee, it is ridiculous! There's only 3 small bedrooms and no where to let 4 cots out! I asked about cleaning supplies before I got there just to know if I needed to get any and the owner said there were plenty of cleaning supplies. Not true, nothing to disinfectant or sanitized for COVID-19 or any bacteria. We had to go but clorox! There was not any water in the gallon jug nor an extra jug like in the picture. I also asked about whether there had been a dog/cat in the house because it had a very loud urine odor from an animal and there were footprints on the floor from an animal. There were 2 dog bowls in the area where the gallon jug of water was from the picture. The owner was very rude, very smart at the mouth, to be a business person/owner they have no people/person skill. So after the stay and the back and forth, the owner sent a message and charged my credit card $150 saying we damaged vrand new washcloth/towels, tore up the piece on the floor to separate a room which it was already up because I took a picture of it, say there were stsin on the blanket which they were already dingy, and scratched up the new stove. This person just wanted to be an ass because I told them the house were nasty. I have pictures to prove it. I spilled water on the floor trying to iron and tge iron didn't work, so I used a paper towel to get up the water and the floors were filthy! The window seals were filthy as well!

Overall good

Overall is worked out well for the family. It is advertised as a 4 bedroom but it is only 3. The 4th bedroom is a closest with a rollaway bed in it.

Easy to find, Very clean and cozy place to stay in. Over all it was a nice place to stay for the short three days we were there to see our son at Ft. Sill.

Great little rental

Recently renovated. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, updated, and everything worked. We stayed for a weekend and there was plenty of “starter coffee” and creamer so we didn’t have to go the the store. Definitely would rent again.

Great rental.

We were in town for son's graduation from basic training and this home was in a convenient place for going on and off base. Home was very nice. All the bedding, kitchen utensils and appliances were in great. Property owner was great to deal with and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend this home.
