The lower level offers a 2-car garage, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a large great room, foosball table, refrigerator, microwave, and patio. For the more adventurous types, the home is approximately 2 miles to a Buffalo National River hiking trail, approximately 6 miles to the Ranchettes public boat launch on the White River, and approximately 9 miles to a public launch access on the Crooked Creek.
