Perfect family condo!

Beautiful condo, family friendly, and great location! We couldn't have asked for anything more for our first family visit to Siesta Key. The condo is full of amenities and beautifully appointed. We hope to be back soon!

Family vacation

Great experience overall. Cono is completely updated, except for the laundry room. Great for small families. Great access to the beach. Watch out for wasps on the balcony though!!!

Ok property with good location.

Unit was comfortable for the most part, but the cleaning from the previous stay was not up to par. The biggest issue was the VERY loud noise and disturbance from the unit directly below. The property has a "quiet" period between 10pm-8am which was not the case. Management/security received multiple complaints and the guest were loud 3 out of 7 nights. This is no fault of the owners but property wall,ceilings need some added insulation. Location is great, beautiful beach, and close to good restaurants.

Dear Jason, we are so sorry that the unit was not cleaned properly, and are now working on getting a new cleaning company. December beach vacation

The condo was GREAT, clean, updated, awesome view and the beach was right there. Absolutely worth the money. The owners were very nice and provided details for everything we needed. Only negative part- the key and ladies at front desk- our key would not open the door from beach, we told the ladies at front desk 2 times, they did not do anything, but sat and watched us battle the door and when we stayed for 20 min outside my husband jumped over it to open from inside, funny how at that moment they came running to yell at us like we were kids- very rude and unpleasant experience! This however has nothing to do with the owner and the condo wich were great!!!

Dear Kelly, Were glad that you enjoyed our condo and Siesta key. I will speak to the front desk and manager about the issue with the key fob for gates to the pool. This has never happened before, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience that it caused.

Wonderful stay!

We loved everything about our stay! Very clean condo and property! Really easy check in and check out! They had everything you could need for your stay! Beautiful beach and amazing views! We’ll be back!

Violated!!!!

We had a terrible experience with maintenance and Nick the El Presidente manager. Our tub gasket was broke and leaked to apartment below when my 3 year old grandson got a bath without our knowledge. Maintenance knocked once and barged in without giving anyone time to get to the door. My two daughters who are in their 20’s and 3 year old grandson were in there. My 23 year old was still in her towel, because she was just getting out of shower, and in bedroom with the door closed to get dressed. The bathroom connected to the bedroom. My 27 year old asked him to wait a second for her sister to get dressed because she was in a towel. He barged in very loudly even though my daughter said please keep it down her son was sleeping. He had a hard day because he was sick. My daughters felt unsafe and violated. I brought this to Nick’s attention. He said I could see both sides but it was a water emergency and they had to put eyes on the situation. I pointed out the water shut off wasn’t in that room anyway when he said they may have needed to shut it off. I felt he did not have any empathy for our situation on how we were treated. He said he did but his body language and tone said differently. He made excuses for his maintenance and stuck up for him. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. We felt violated and unsafe. The place and furnishings were beautiful. The owner was amazing. It was this one incident that ruins it.

El Presidente 5th floor condo

Great week on Siesta Key. We really enjoyed the setup of El Presidente, and unit 507 was in above average shape for a beachfront condo. Would have been nice to have cable TV available in both bedrooms. The wifi in this unit could use more bandwidth, as trying to do a zoom meeting or open video files was difficult.

Dear Mike, All three smart TV’s in the condo have Frontier cable boxes connected to them. I contacted the manager and he will replace them and the internet Wi-Fi Modem if they can’t fix the problem. We are so sorry that you had problems, and wish you brought it to the rental office attention while you were there. Thank you so much for renting our Condo and hope to have you back soon. Fun getaway

The beaches were beautiful. We were within walking distance of the snorkel spot and several restaurants. It was wonderful to see the number of families that came out to watch the sunset.

Wonderful

The property was very nice. Very clean and the pool was really nice. The unit we stayed in was very nice. Very well equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful week.

Beautiful Condo

We loved staying in this condo for our family beach vacation. The condo is fully updated and has umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc. The front office was helpful and let us borrow tennis balls. The location is ideal. Loved that beach chairs were free on beach and you can use unitl sunset.The trolley service was free and so convenient. Hope they continue this service in Siesta Key. Will definitely visit again.

Facility & Condo is great, Beach restrictions unnecessary and unfair

We have been annual SK vacationers for 10+ years and have stayed at El Presidente several times. We love the complex and this specific condo. However, we were very disappointed with the new rule that Tents must be far back away from water while large umbrellas are free to setup in front. This resulted in a very obstructed view of the water. It is my understanding this is an El Presidente owners association decision and is still in effect as of now; May 2017. Candidly, this will be our last year staying here given the unfair beach access rules. Tents vs Umbrellas...really, what is the difference. Owners should be aware of this impacting their rentals.

We made it!

We were heading down at the time when "Matthew" was also heading in. We were concerned if our trip would occur. Fortunately, all went off without issue and so glad it did! What an amazing unit this was! Not only was it clean, beautifully decorated, but equip with anything and everything we could have possibly needed. Charlie was very easy to work with and we look forward to having an opportunity to stay in this unit again. (Glad the sliders are getting replaced, we got quite a workout from those). Enjoyed cheering on our Buckeye's at Capt Curts! Easy walk there.

Clean updated condo with a great view

This is our second stay here at this condo. We enjoy it. Everything was clean. Not crowded at all this time of the year. Every time we were in the pool we were the only ones there. It was like having our own private pool. I highly recommend this condo. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfy. Plenty of towels and washcloths.

The condo it Great!! Very nicely furnished and updated... the front desk however is very stingy with keys. I would recommend this condo and the owner is very attentive!

Great condo

My husband and I rented this unit for a week in early December. The unit was accurately described by the photos, greatly appreciated. The view of the beach from the living room, master and balcony are beautiful. We have been coming to Siesta Key for about 20 years, but recently had to sell my parents home where we stayed in Sarasota. It was a luxury to walk outside and be on the beach. Our check in process was easy, Tammy was very friendly and helpful. Everyone we ran into during the week on the property were also very polite. The grounds are well maintained. Nothing negative, other than sweatshirt weather, which beats the cold Northeast. We knew what to expect in December, perfect walking weather for our daily 6+ mile walk on the beach. Hope to be able to rent this unit again next year.

Great condo!

My family and I loved this condo. I loved cooking in the kitchen will all the up to date appliances. The couch was so comfy and I loved being able to look out at the ocean everyday. Beds are nice and comfy also. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Siesta Key. Loved everything about it. We are planning to return next year for hopefully 2 weeks!

Fantastic beachside condo!

We recently stayed at this condo and loved the proximity to the beach. The condo was perfectly clean and was beautiful. Exactly like in the photos. It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.
