Wonderful and charming house to stay in! We loved the location for walking downtown and hiking Tubbs Hill. The front porch and back deck are both so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee on in the mornings. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Authentic vibe of house built in 1920. Very well maintained. Very nice neighborhood with mostly updated properties. Would definitely book again.

Great location close to downtown yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and had a lovely time. We especially liked the backyard.

Beautiful Colonial Home

We had a lovely stay here. The check in process was simple and the owners were very friendly. The home is cozy and the antiques are gorgeous!

GREAT LOCATION

Our stay was short but we really enjoyed ourselves. The location is fantastic - we were able to walk everywhere and the neighborhood is so cute! We enjoyed the front porch almost more than the great backyard space.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family with kids to stay in. Close to downtown and easy to walk to places. We highly recommend staying in this home!

Great locations, lots of room. Awesome backyard

We really enjoyed our stay and will look to book in future trips to the area. The backyard is amazing with a hot tub, built in bbq, huge sitting area under a shady maple and large out door eating area. Nicely done!

Perfect location and everything we needed inside!

Perfect location right downtown in CDL. The house had everything we needed and more, including bikes and a great patio for working and hanging out. James and Carol were so easy to work with!

Perfect family getaway

We had a phenomenal time at Molly's Place! Easy walk to downtown, the lake and hiking trails. The house was so comfy and the hot tub was so relaxing. We played games and hung out and had a terrific time! Thank you again, we hope to be back sometime next year!

Weekend Getaway

Three generations of ladies hanging out in CdA for a couple of nights. Nice house. Clean and conveniently located adjacent to shops, restaurants, etc.

Weekend at the lake

We enjoyed relaxing after a week rafting on the snake River. The location was great and walkable to downtown and the beach and the house was super cozy and great for playing cards, hanging out and making a nice meals in the fatalistic kitchen and BBQ area

The property location was very good, an easy walk to the downtown area and lake. The owners even provided bikes to make getting around easier as parking is difficult. There was one complete bathroom upstairs where the three bedrooms are located. The second 3/4 bath was off the kitchen and unfortunately the shower produced only a trickle of water and we all ended up using the one upstairs bathroom. The kitchen was large with modern appliances. Communication with the owner was good as we had several questions during our stay. The house was clean and welcoming; we loved the front porch swing and rockers. A suggestion for improvement would be to install room darkening shades in the bedrooms. In my personal opinion, the house could also do with a major decluttering of excess pillows, rugs, artificial flower arrangements and wreaths. We were constantly moving them around to make room.

Wonderful stay in CDA

This property was not only beautiful but in a great location as well! The hosts have thought of everything and we lacked for nothing. Not only that, they reached out midway during our stay to check and see if we needed anything and provide us with wonderful suggestions for more things to do. One of the best stays I have experienced. Thank you!

Beautiful historic home in a nice neighborhood

This house is gorgeous inside and out and has gone through a recent remodel from what I understand! Tons and tons of design elements! The backyard is really special seating areas bikes, huge counter with a new barbecue and the biggest best hot tub ever! Great place to stay And the owners are very helpful and easy to get a hold of!

Great Accommodations for Family

We really enjoyed our stay. The home and property was perfect for my family with plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed the back deck, hot tub, grill, and outdoor table. The air conditioners made the home comfortable in the upper 90's and 100 degree temperatures. The kitchen was large enough to support our cooking needs. We highly recommend this home and we hope to return one day.

Great location & outdoor living space

House is an early 20th century build that is very charming and well-maintained. Lots of updates and plenty of space for the whole family to relax. Really enjoyed the outdoor space including the outdoor kitchen, corn hole, hot-tub, and lounging area. Appreciated having bikes available, although downtown was within walking distance.
