A Villa Full of Character
From the veranda, you enter the spacious living room, tastefully designed and bright. A corner features an elegant glass dining table, and the walls are adorned with oil paintings and other artworks. The comfortable sofa invites cozy hours by the fireplace.
The interior is both welcoming and refined, with a selection of antiques adding unique charm.
The villa offers approximately 135 m² of living space (excluding terraces and garden) and has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds.
The bright, airy kitchen with direct access to the terrace is spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated in white and yellow tones. A dining table and chairs are provided.
There are 2 bathrooms: a larger one with a bathtub and a smaller one with a shower. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also available.
Villa Le Palme also features a second furnished veranda at the rear of the house and a shaded pergola covered in wisteria, suitable for 2 cars.
