We always appreciate valuable feedback from our guests. Unfortunately, we never received any correspondence from the guest about any of these concerns. We always work hard to promptly respond to any issues and are always more than glad to quickly address any concerns when we are made aware. Unless we are made aware, we are unable to fix it! If it is worth mentioning in a public review, than at the very least, it is only fair that we are given the opportunity to address it. The washing machine was broken. We did make the guest aware of this prior to their arrival. A new one was on order but it could not be delivered because it was Labor Day week-end. We do have a washer and dryer at our office and did let them know they could drop of anything that needed washed and we would happily launder it for them. It's worth mentioning that the dishes and "sticky counter" were not our findings when the house was inspected before the guests arrived.
