Full-Service Villa [Driver, Chef, Pool, and 1/2 off Tours]

This breathtaking 9 bedroom and 6 bathroom villa (7 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms if 15 guests or less) is located between two of the most popular tourist spots in the heart of San Juan—Ocean Park and Isla Verde—and a couple of blocks from the closest beach (the Ultimo Trolley Beach).

In exchange for the privilege of hosting you, our team has taken care of absolutely everything for you!

Specifically, some of the amenities included in all non-discounted nightly rates:

1. Private Transportation in the San Juan Area

Only guests with non-discounted rates will enjoy FREE transportation services anywhere in the San Juan Area (see map of coverage) from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Transportation outside of this hours is available, although for a small per person fee.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND AN ITINERARY OF YOUR PLANS (OR ASK US TO BUILD YOU ONE) TO SECURE TRANSPORTATION. FAILURE TO HAVE AN APPROVED ITINERARY AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN WILL RESULT IN NO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.

The transportation included in the nightly rate is NOT a 24/7 private chauffer service and should NOT be confused with one. Once we finalize the approved itinerary, we staff the respective routes with the appropriate number of vans and drivers. Thereafter, the driver will arrive to pick you and your guests up at the time indicated in the itinerary and will drive you to the next destination indicated in your itinerary.

** Any last-minute detours or changes (if able to accommodate) may incur a small per person fee.**

2. Private Chef (Brunches OR Dinners only)

You are welcome to check our IG (@HighSoClub) for some of the dinners we prepare for all guests with non-discounted rates. Our team will be treating you and your guests with similar chef-prepared dinners OR brunches. Specifically, 1 brunch OR 1 dinner for every night you stay with us.

We will contact you 2-3 weeks prior to your arrival to begin the planning process.

Before each and every meal, Chef will arrive to your listing, prepare and serve the meals, clean the area, and depart until the next meal, if any.

**BOTH THE CHEF AND INGREDIENTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE.**

3. 50% discount in any of our tours around the island

You are welcome to check our IG (@HighSoClub) for some of the many tours we offer around the island. The 50% discount that we offer are tours to el Yunque National Forest, Hiking to the top of Mt. Britton observatory in the middle of the rainforest, Natural water slides and cliff jumping, Culebra/Vieques Day Trip, Hiking Pico Rodadero, Blue Pool and Sand caves, Hidden Beaches, and more!

All third-party tours (i.e., Jet ski, Boat rental, Zip lining, Horse-back riding, ATV/UTV Rental, etc.) will be paid FULL FARE as they are NOT booked through or via us. These tours are exclusively third-party tours as we do not offer them.

4. Housekeeping

With our commitment to safe travel, we not only include cleaning for all reservations, but is actually MANDATORY (at least in all common areas of your listing). Our dedicated staff will make sure your areas are cleaned every other day that you stay with us (i.e., take out the trash, wash and dry towels, refill toiletry, etc.)

5. Concierge/Superhost that will take care of you 24/7

From the time you book your reservation to the time you leave Puerto Rico; you will have a team of concierges/superhosts at your disposal! Anything and everything that you want or need for your special time in Puerto Rico (i.e. B-day preparations, chef services, reservations, bachelor(ette) parties, party planning, cakes, balloons, flowers, photographers, etc.), please do not hesitate to ask! We truly can get anything on this island.

After booking, we will send you a list of our tours as well as third-party tours with their respective prices for you to choose for each day that you are in Puerto Rico. Thereafter, we will build you an itinerary of your daily activities down to every hour of the day as well with hyperlinks for you to simply click an book (or we can even book for you if you’d like), prices, instructions, and special requirements for each and every tour.

DISCLAIMER

1. We charge a PER PERSON rate. As such, only the people reflected in your reservation will be allowed in your listing and in the Vans (NO EXCEPTIONS). We have staff on site 24/7 specifically to observe this rule is being followed.

2. Stay outside of the kitchen when chef and staff are cooking.

First violation will result in a warning.

Second Violation will result in loss of privileges.

3. $50 cash deposit per person

This fee is a hybrid fee that serves as a damage/security deposit (i.e., missing/stolen/broken items; glass in the pool, damages/incidentals, etc.) and an extra cleaning fee (i.e., stained couches, walls; spilling food/drinks or sand in the vans; makeup in towels/pillow cases; cigarette/blunt on the grass/premises, etc.).

This deposit needs to be provided 24 hours prior to arrival via cashapp, venmo, or zelle and will be refunded 2-3 days after departure via cashapp, venmo, or zelle.

4. Respect the neighborhood and the community

Quiet hours on site will start at 10 PM daily. This means no loud yelling, profanities, music speakers, etc. OUTSIDE of your listing as the police department and/or health department will show up if they are called. If this does happen, this will require your immediate removal from the property without a refund. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED

This specific listing relates to the ENTIRE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL (and a back 2-bedroom apartment if more than 15 guests). This beautiful home has state of the art security system with 8+ motion-activated cameras throughout the exterior of the property, two-way video/audio ring bell system, alarms, automatic LED outdoor lights throughout the property, and keyless entry in all doors (including the bedrooms). There’s a private/gated garage on premises with room to park 3 vehicles and 3 more private parking spots outside.

Throughout the exterior you'll find a big green yard as well as several lounge areas:

1. The exterior backyard has a dining room/patio that comfortably sits fourteen (14) guests and can be used/reserved for any dining, lounging, or events (i.e., bachelor(ette) parties, birthdays, etc.);

2. The exterior backyard also has a living room that sits on top of a wood decking under a beautiful lighted pergola and comfortably sits another seven (7) guests.

3. There’s a private, and covered, terrace in the second level.

4. There are nine (9) bedrooms in this property but will provide seven (7) bedrooms if there are 15 guests or less in your reservation.
