Anima Calma - family villa surrounded with vineyards and olive groves

Villa Anima Calma located in a village Filipana surrounded with vineyards and olive groves, 20 min drive from Pula city. It's a completely new build two bedrooms family villa with private pool. The villa is equipped in a slightly rustic style. Consists of the ground floor with a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room (sofa can be converted into a bed 140x200cm) and a toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms that exude a spa atmosphere.
Outside is lounge area and outdoor pool (32 sqm) with five comfortable wooden deck chairs. Outside the pool there is a summer kitchen with toilet, covered porch with a large table and outdoor grill.
In the yard there is a children's playground and garden with organic vegetables that offer you to pick and eat them.
Due to its characteristics, this villa is ideal as family accommodation. Four people are optimal, five people are the maximum.

Upon arrivals guest have to give 300 € security deposit which will be returned upon check out if no damage is found.
