Very comfortable and clean, centrally placed, and competitively priced. Close to Centre Pompidou and metro 11 stops, easy walking distance from Notre Dame. Only remark is that's decidedly smaller than it looks in the photos, especially the mezzanine space is best left to kids. It would have been good two have a spare set of keys and badge, however we did not ask for it so not sure whether that's possible or not.

Excellent location

Well maintained property, very clean with comfortable beds, all in a great location to visit parts of Paris. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

Nice appartment in a hip neiggborhood.The key wasn‘t ready at the indicated location and we had to retrieve it somewhere else, which was a little bit annoying with sll the luggage.

Fantastic location! Many shops, restaurants and grocery options just a few steps away. The beds were extremely comfortable -- the low ceiling in the loft did not bother me; however, space is small for luggage. The only issues we had were opening the door [it sticks a bit] and late night partying in the building. Regardless, I would definitely stay at this property again.

No drama getting in. Great petite two bedroom apartment in a funky area 3 min walk from metro station. Very quiet at night. Very nice bed in master bedroom. Heartily recommend.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and accurately described. The location is in a very walkable area where we felt quite safe in. The only downside during our stay was the building owner scheduled a viewing at the apartment at 8:30am during our stay, requiring us to vacate for the duration.

It is close to Notre Dame !

Very well decorated and equipped with great big comfortable beds. The second bedroom ceiling however is very low so my sister could only move around the space on her knees or by curving over like the Hunchback of Notre Dame

The unit was historic with stylish modern updates. The street and neighbors were quiet. I prefer to stay out of the central “tourist zone” and live live a local; this apartment was perfect! The wooden floors were creaky, but to me that is part of the charm.

Great stay in Paris! We loved the neighborhood, proximity to metro options and the updates done to the unit. A little rearranging of the living room setup would give more space (it was too tight to use the table). But great other than that. Kids loved the loft, and the bedroom was quiet and comfortable.

Location for the win!

This unit is in an amazing location steps from restaurants, trains and museums. The place is SMALL but you won’t be inside much in Paris. I traveled with my 2 kids, ages 25 and 19. My son took the loft which he loved and I shared the bedroom with my other child. It worked perfectly. Big windows, light and airy. Well decorated and clean.

Perfect for exploring the city Key collection in a shop nearby with code... Return there too, no problem! Perfect location ... 4 minutes to the Metrostatiob Arts et Metier .... Cafés, restaurants, bakery etc. In the neighbourhood .... Quiet location ... stairwell in appalling condition ... already had bad fears ... but the flat top ... clean and well equipped.

The property advertised 2 bedrooms but as you can see from my photos the second bedroom was far too difficult for adults to use. We have back issues and to crawl to get to the bed, unless you were less than 1.2mt tall it was impossible to stand to get around. Therefore we had to keep our luggage in the lounge which meant this tiny area was unusable for all guests

The building is in need to repair but the apartment is newly renovated. The second bedroom is in a small loft with a very low ceiling. It’s not easy for adults to stay in. There is also no elevator but it is on the first floor. It’s in a vibrant part of the city with lots of restaurants to choose from.

Loved the artsy, very hip and safe neighborhood. Tons of cafes at a walking distance (there's a popular one next door) and great people watching! Small, chic, very French apartment on the first floor - remember first floor in france is technically second floor in USA but one flight is stairs was very wasy to manage. Very comfortable bedding and very clean apartment overall. Communication with host was a 10/10. I decided to extend my stay the night before my checkout and I received a response within twenty minutes which made me feel at ease, and extending my stay was a breeze. Only downside is the very short ceiling in the second to bedroom. If you are tall, you would have to crawl to bed. It would be good for children or shorter people, though.
