The house isn't well represented in the pictures - and I'm sure I will get a retaliatory review as a guest for my review. It honestly felt like we paid to stay inside a health code violation.The pictures in the listing are NOT representative of what's going on in the house. Maybe by the time you stay they will have replaced everything.Kitchen: Both ovens were so caked in filth they were basically fire hazards. Oh, and the “cleaning sponge”? Covered in hair.Safety: Two smoke detectors were dangling like sad ornaments—no batteries. Sliding door to master bedroom? Wouldn’t lock. Hope you don’t mind random wildlife (or burglars) joining your vacation.Bathrooms: Mold in the toilets, trash and used deodorant stashed in the cabinet. Because who doesn’t want to inherit a stranger’s BO?Furniture & Carpets: Dining chairs and upstairs carpet covered in massive stains. If you’re into guessing games, you can spend the week trying to figure out if that spot was wine, coffee, or something much, much worse.Pool: Tiles falling off into the pool. Nothing says “relaxing swim” like dodging sharp ceramic shards.Basics: Zero soap in the house—no hand soap, no dish soap, nothing. Not even enough dishes or pots to serve the number of people the listing supports. The listing manager has accused me of being a gold digging money hog and this couldn't be further from the truth as I have receipts for literally everything I'm claiming. There are zero pics in the listing for a reason.

Basketball team group stay

This house is amazing!!!!! We did have to ask for a few things to help us get settled but the managers were fast to reply. If you are planning to cook a lot you will need more pots and pans. Also if bringing extras you may want to add pillows and blankets to your packing list. The privacy and ease of this house and location are the best!!!

Poorly maintained

The pool was lined with algae upon arrival was treated but still had algae and debris on our last day. Family scrubbed the pool walls to make it tolerable and the pool person flushed the pool once. Coffee pot took an hour to make coffee, only one burner on six burner stove worked so cooking for our crowd was a challenge. The garbage disposal had to be reset to work. Primary bed was comfortable but other beds were not. Some family slept on the couch to avoid the hard bed. It is a beautiful house just no attention to the details that make it comfy and function easily.

Beautiful House in the Country

The house was very clean, had the essentials, towels, pool floaties, kitchen utensils. Had a minor issue with the fridge getting cold, luckily could just use the second one upstairs! Definitely would have been nice to have the pool a colder temp, didn't seem to be circulating right and also could use a good cleaning. There were only two trash bags in the house. And no access to a simple broom either.

Large, Clean and Quiet

The place is in the country, very quiet and very dark. Pool isn't heated, so we didn't use that. Overall we enjoyed out stay.

Great location & beautiful home

The home is beautiful - even better than the pictures! The property was clean. Great space for a large group because the bedrooms are spread out & each bedroom has a bathroom close by! The pool was perfect. If you do have a large group & plan to stay more than one night, make sure you supply your own toilet paper, as there was only one roll in each bathroom & they were partial rolls. Overall, it was a great house, and our group would definitely recommend!

Peaceful

This property is beautiful. We were on OK for a family wedding and really enjoyed our stay. I was planning on staying at a hotel but we have grandchildren and I thought that it would be more helpful for the families if we all stayed together and therefore we could help out more with our kid’s families. The size of the property and the pool sold me. It was spacious enough where we were not all over each other and homey enough where we could come together. We would definitely recommend this to another group.

Our stay was nothing short but wonderful

Megan was an exceptional host/manager. There was a few things that didn’t work when we first got there but it was easily fixed with problem solving, but before I even fixed it she had already worked on getting maintenance out there. Pool was a little difficult to figure out but was achievable, and the kids lived in it the entire stay since it remained Luke warm. Loved the house and the property it sits on. There was plenty of room for everyone during our birthday get together. We supplied most of our own kitchen utensils/pots/pans but only because we were cooking for a large party otherwise the supplied utensils would have been enough. We stayed an extra night since our family had such late flights, luckily we did because 1/2 the attendee’s flight was cancelled so they had a place to crash at. And Megan was kind enough to accommodate a late check out to allow us to get everyone to the airport and do final pickups around the house before leaving. So happy we found this home as it definitely helped us create some wonderful core memories. Thanks Megan for staying on top of things and ensuring our stay was smooth and wonderful!

Baseball Tournament

We were in town to play a baseball tournament. We had 11, 14 year old boys and 2 coaches. The house was perfect. Plenty of room for the boys to both have fun together and relax between games.

Plenty of space

This place was amazing, plenty of rooms and bathrooms everyone enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables, property was well maintained if I had a complaint it would be that the advertised stocked fishing pond. It was across a 7’ creek and 2 football fields away through waist height grass, needless to say never went fishing, but there was plenty to do. Pool was big enough for large groups and the house came with a gas grill Thinking about comeing back up with another group of friends before the end of the year! see Ya soon, Craig

BEAUTIFUL LARGE HOME

Felt safe and so overwhelmed with the size of the property. Beautifully furnished and gave everyone great space to gather while also getting privacy whenever you wanted it. The kitchen equipment left a lot to be desired and the pool was not useable due to no heater on the pool (there were controls but no heater). Contact attended to all our needs. Thank you for letting us stay there. Loved it!

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and GIANT! We loved having enough space for everyone to sleep in their own bed and get ready at the same time. The house comes with everything you need, from kitchen utensils to towels and pool floaties. The view is pretty - several deer came out of the woods near the pool while we ate dinner one night. Megan was quick to respond and check-in and check-out were super easy.
