The Freetown Flat is a new architectural marvel and possibly the coolest Air BNB on the market. Constructed in the heart of Lafayette between the airport, university, and downtown. You are within walking distance of restaurants, shops, art, & live music! The Flat is packed with tons of natural light, stainless steel appliances, and a massive second-floor balcony with tons of lights. It's open design and granite countertops will make you feel right at home in the kitchen, living room & bedrooms.

The house was clean and welcoming. The four of us enjoyed our stay. The only concern was outside with the garbage cans. They were full and by Saturday there was a horrible odor coming from them.

Unfortunately, the trash pickup schedule was disrupted following the Mardi Gras parades, which caused the issue. Very clean and close to all the good eats! Street can be a bit loud at night but we were informed prior and the rooms have noise cancellation amenities to help. Would definitely stay here again!

Great communication, great location, clean and comfortable....this place was perfect for a long weekend in town. There were two of us using the space. I will stay here again when I'm in Lafayette!

Clean and comfortable, nice little porch, close to great food and entertainment! A bit noisy in the nighttime but it WAS the weekend and close to campus. Not a good spot if you aren’t able to carry all your things up the stairs to the apartment, but it was perfect for us.

This listing was perfect for what we needed! The location is central to most of your needs and the flat itself is well maintained. Communication was a breeze as was the check in/out process. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic place!

My wife and our son stayed 2 nights in the flat while attending ULL orientation. Location is close to everything you need…campus…downtown…great places to eat, all within a short distance. The 2br layout with private full baths work out great. The place was clean and Tyler was easy to work with. This will be our go to when coming to visit our son at ULL.

Wonderful place

They’ve really done an awesome job with this property. Everything is nice and updated, and we also enjoyed the location for walking around and seeing Lafayette. A very kind and helpful host as well. Strongly recommend staying here.

VERY clean cute place!

This cute place was VERY neat & clean! We loved sitting oit on the deck visiting. It was close to all the places we wanted visit. We would recommend it highly!

Spot on!

What a perfect property to stay at. The location is outstanding. You are less than 10 minutes from every point of interest you would really want to do. The information packet they have for the flat gives you some ideas of places to go or eat. I fell in love with the interior design. Cheers!

Fantastic!

We were lucky enough to secure this little gem during Mardi gras and it was an excellent location. It was spotless, clean, and had everything we needed, and within walking distance to everything we needed.

This is what we came up with I hope you like it! I have way too many hobbies...I am a licensed skydiver, soccer player, snowboarder, hunter, dirtbike rider, boater, longboarder, cyclist, runner. You name it I probably do it. I love to travel and hope you enjoy my city!
