This beautiful vacation rental is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, making it an easy walk from the front door to the sand and breathtaking Gulf of Mexico!
South Padre Island is known for having the best beaches in Texas!

The backyard is a great place for guests to relax and unwind. Guests will love cooling off in the private heated pool and taking a dip in the hot tub!
There is lounging area in the backyard for guests to enjoy catching some sun!

The interior of the house is nicely decorated and entails 4 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is spacious and features a king size bed with flat screen tv.
Guest bedroom #1 entails a King bed with a flat screen tv.
Guest bedroom #2 entails a queen bed with flat screen tv.
Guest bedroom #3 features two sets of bunks. A full over twin bunk and a twin over twin bund. This room also has a flat screen tv.

The large kitchen offers a great space for guests to prepare family meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
This home has a dining table which accommodates up to 8 people, there are also 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter for extra eating space.
The living area allows for ample seating area and a flat screen tv.

Rental guests will love the large balconies/decks this home has to offer! The decks allow plenty of seating room to sit and enjoy South Padre Islands tropical climate.

Plenty of fun will be had at this home, especially since it features a game room!

Everything was perfect

House was great. Had everything we needed in stock like towels, cooking things etc. We needed help with the grill and they had maintenance at our house within 15 min which was great. The back yard area was very dark though so we had to use flash lights to cook out but other than that everything was perfect. The rooms where very spacious and accommodated our entire party.

Best mini family vacation

Everything was perfect, amazing beautiful home! SUPER spacious and amazing pool and jacuzzi….love that the be age was literally down the street, hopefully we plan on staying here again soon ❤️

Amazing

This property is amazing. Very spacious and it is walking distance to the beach and some stores. The property was very clean when we arrived. The pool and the hot tub were awesome to just relax. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Amazing House

The house is in the perfect location. You can walk to the beach or to the stores and restaurants. The pool was amazing and so perfect to spend the afternoon in after a day shopping, golfing or hanging out at the beach. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Experience

The house was absolutely gorgeous, very accurate to what was shown online. Very spacious, they did provide extra linens and other necessities. We loved it so much we booked an extra day/night, definitely will be looking to book at this property again!!!

vacation 2023

Everything from staffing to the house amenities exceeded our expectations made our vacation time well worth it. The house was very spacious and accommodated everyone the kitchen was well stocked with all pots, pans and dishes after a long day at the beach being able to just walk a short distance to the house was a plus.

Fabulous Home…

Everything about the home was great! Only one suggestion is that if maintenance is called and we’re told they are coming to fix something that we called on, that they come and fix it. We couldn’t use the hot tub our last night which was a bummer but over all I can’t complain too much.

Excellent

We were very happy with the house and all its amenities….probably are only complaint is pool never got warm enough, even tho' it has a heater….short walk to the beach and plenty of seating, inside and out…SPI is a wonderful rental agency and has always taken care of any issue…They've been our source the past several years….

Family time

Large spacious home. Everything worked perfectly. Had a minor issue with the cable∫ernet. That was of no fault to the property. High winds knocked it out to the area. We were there to vacation not watch TV. Will definitely recommend and try to rebook this home again.

Great Beach House for Family or Couples Trip

The house was very clean and well maintained. We went with our adult children and two other couples. We had plenty of space to be together and do our own thing as we wished. We loved the large sectional and the dining room table seating that fit all of our party for 8. The heated jacuzzi and the heated pool were great this time of year. Location of house is perfect... we walked on the beach every day. The house is nice enough so you are very comfortable but not so fancy you are worried about touching anything... Lol! It was perfect for us.

House was sold 1 week before our trip and had to rebook which was stressful enough. The house wasn't even ready upon check in and got the door code after sitting in the drive for 15 minutes after 4:00, pool was dirty and had dirt at bottom, internet connection kept disconnection, had 4 wash rags stocked upon arrival for our party of 10. Other than that the house was clean overall. We enjoyed the location and how close it was to the beach, the fact that it had 2 fridges, and plenty of seating and beds for everyone!

The pictures of the pool are very misleading. It's small but at least heated Hot tubs great None of the pool cue sticks had any felt on the tips. In fairness, we did not make a phone call to see if they would remedy the situation. On the other hand, we shouldn't have to deal with hassle. Very pleased with the bedrooms, kitchen, deck, living room areas. Could use a light out back. Great distance to public beach access, market, brewery., and shops.

Plenty of Room!

We enjoyed the extra space with our family of 12. Six adults and six kids. Three full bathrooms were fantastic to have. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The large litchen table was great! Omly thing ws noticed was the wall vent going into the kitchen was pretty dirty and there was some chips on the floor around the sofa and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept. These things are an easy fix but should jave been done. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Great access to the beach! Plenty of space to apread oit in the house.

Great Location

Overall an average stay. Communication with the property manager was great and check in and out was so easy! Would have loved some towels other than bath towels for the hot tub/pool and/or beach. The kitchen had a huge variety of utensils but we found ourselves not having what we needed several times.Ice trays would have been appreciated since both ice makers were empty. I understand all of the spices and even salt and pepper were not included, maybe think about having a few packets for your guests? Overall it was comfortable and had all of the necessities, just missing the extra 10%! Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Poor

The mattresses were absolutely horrible. Major back problems (thin ass mattresses) For the price we paid, you'd think the mattresses would be more comforting. Seems like we were limited on towels for a large family. They had a standard coffee but no coffee, or spices or trash bags. I wouldn't stay again and I wouldn't recommend this house for the thin ass mattresses.

We have inspected the mattresses after your departure and confirmed they are standard size and thickness. Spices, coffee filters, extra trash bags, etc. are on the list of items you would need to bring along for your reservation if desired.
