Pretty family villa located on the heights of La Londe Les Maures, on the hill of Valcros. The incredible view of the sea, the island of Porquerolles, the peninsula of Giens, the vineyards, and its swimming lane make it a unique villa.

The house can accommodate 6 people with all the facilities to have a good time: swimming pool, plancha (gas), fat boy beanbag, garden furniture, deckchair, shaded terraces, shade sail, vegetation (olive trees, laurels, oaks, vines...).

The house is equipped with a parental area with a large bedroom (180 cm king size bed) and its bathroom with private shower as well as its own terrace, and its separate toilet.
The other two bedrooms open onto a large wooden terrace, they share a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The two bedrooms are also equipped with a 180 cm double bed.
There is also a mezzanine (which overlooks the living room) with a 140cm double bed.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided

Swimmers will have fun in a real 15-meter swimming pool. The pool can be heated on request with an extra charge of 300 euros per week from June to September.
The swimming pool is protected and secured by an electrically motorized shutter.

The little extra that makes the morning shower an exceptional moment: outdoor shower, hot water with privacy respected and an exceptional view of the islands and the sea!

This beautiful family house is located 20 minutes from Le Lavandou and Hyères Toulon airport, 5 minutes from the Valcros golf course, 40 minutes from Saint Tropez. You can access the most beautiful beaches of La Londe and Bormes les Mimosas: Estagnol, Pellegrin, Cabasson and Fort de Brégançon. At the port of La Londe les Maures, you can embark to visit the islands of Port Cros and Porquerolles.
