In the heart of the Ardèche countryside (without car passage), our large country house (15p) is made for families, friends or seminars. Well heated and equipped with large kitchen, 2 fridges/freezer and laundry room for provisions. Ideal for recharging your batteries and enough activities on site without taking a car: Nordic bath, sauna, brazier, BBQ, petanque court, games room (table tennis, table football, darts) and walks.
Close to the gourmet village of St Bonnet le froid (3 * Régis Marcon), the safari of Peaugres d'Annonay or the snowshoe resort of Burdignes.

What are the little extras of our house?
- A very large accommodation with 350 m2 and a living room of 80 m2 in a renovated barn for large tables (15 p). To dance, just push the tables but remember to close the doors and bay windows because it is important to keep good relations with the neighborhood
- A total of 15 beds (including 3 double bedrooms)- 5 toilets - 4 shower rooms including 1 jet bath- 2 living rooms (one to keep away from noise, the other in the living room)
- house well heated via central heating while having the pleasure of a central fireplace, a wood stove and a brazier (except during periods of drought to avoid any risk of fire)
- in the middle of nature at the end of a cul-de-sac so no passing vehicles or urban noise and a magnificent view of the Alps and the valley
- possibility to cook with 8 people without embarrassment and very large oven (4 chickens roasted simultaneously ;-)- 2 freezer fridges, 3 coffee makers...
- Lots of activities on site for at least 3 days without a car:
- a Nordic bath with spring water (except if there are heavy frosts): heated by a wood stove. It is the travelers who decide to fill it, heat and empty it. In short, a nice collective project
- an infrared sauna overlooking the forest. For the Nordic bath and sauna, access is free, a deposit of 1000€ will be required which can also be used in case of complaint for nocturnal disturbance.
- a petanque court
- Games room with table tennis, table football and darts
- Walks on site without taking your car. If you like to look for mushrooms, you've come to the right place
- sheltered gas barbecue,
- terrace for a solarium or yoga/meditation/Qi Gong/Tai Xi sessions. In the long term, an ideal place for courses.
- Pets allowed
- house well equipped to avoid too bulky luggage (e.g. dish towels, microwave, 2 filter coffee makers, 2 toasters, bread machine, 2 raclette machines, 1 fondue, 1 electric crepe maker, food processor, yogurt maker, books/magazines, lots of board games..) and many products of 1st necessities because we come there every month to recharge our batteries (except sheets and towels)
- A small inn 10 minutes away that offers takeaway meals or a caterer that delivers on site (reservation required)
- at an altitude of 900 m, so a little cool in summer and often above the fog in winter
- 30 minutes by car from the gourmet village of St Bonnet le froid, its great gastronomic tables, specialty grocery stores and craft shops
- well placed to visit the Safari of Peaugres, acrobranches, trial center of Rochepaul or small cross-country ski resort snowshoes of Bugnières
