This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom one level home, has room for 4 comfortably. Open floor plan with great room, cathedral ceilings, opening up to a covered deck. Fully stocked home, gas grill on deck and long range views right from the home. The property sits on a ridge line near the "Signature 6th home", walking distance to golf course from home. Go for hikes right in the community, go to Big Bald with exclusive access. This modern mountain cabin is tucked in the woods of the Wolf Laurel Resort Community, a gated Golf Course community with all the amenities you want for a fun getaway. Country Club and Village Club amenities and privileges included. Golf optional.

The beauty of the surrounding mountains and the serenity of the area may have you hanging out at the cabin or the Country Club, but the city of Asheville is just 30 minutes down the road, where you can enjoy world class restaurants, quaint local shopping, and lots of music! Visit downtown Asheville, but don't miss West Asheville, Weaverville, and Mars Hill (closest town for groceries and restaurants and a University town). You will love the laid back attitude of the area, the friendly people, and the farm fresh food. Once you visit, you may not want to leave. If you love the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, festivals, and music, then these activities are available almost every weekend all year long. You are welcome to use all amenities at the Wolf Laurel Country Club and within the Village Club area, and you will be provided a guest pass from Staff. Village club activities are seasonal, and the Country Club is open May to October. Village Club ammenities include access to the pool, tennis courts, yoga, exercise classes, Tai Chi, water fitness, pot luck socials and more. A list of activities will be included with your arrival information.

You are welcome to use all amenities at the Wolf Laurel Country Club with this specific home. The Wolf Laurel Country Club (WLCC) is a private, member owned, members only facility with just a few hundred members. Guest access is available because this home is owned by a WLCC member. Only a handful of homes in the entire community include access to the WLCC. The guest access fee is $150 for the entire group/family for 1 week, and you pay the country club directly after check in. Whether you stay 5, 6 or 7 nights, it is a flat $150. Every week thereafter is $150, and for weeks 5 and up it is $100 weekly for multi month visits. CONCIERGE SERVICES INCLUDED.  The property manager lives in the community and is available to help with your stay.  If you need something just let us know.  Examples of services provided to guests in the past:  pull guest out of ditch, jump start a car, deliver packages during stay, brought food to a snowed in guest, provided extra snow sleds, help with driveway access when it snows, fixed pilot light in fireplace if it goes out, provide ride for guests in the community if you are stuck or need to park in overflow community lot, mailed forgotten items left at home, assemble crib if requested, provide dog crate if requested, basically we are available so you are not on your own in a new community.

In the summer, there is horseback riding and kids camps, and in the winter, Hatley Pointe Ski Resort slopes are right on the mountain in the community just a mile or so away. Motorcycles prohibited in the community. If you plan on riding in or trailering in motorcycles, contact the property manager prior to booking. NO WEAPONS, please do not bring guns or weapons into the property.
