Welcome to Heaven's Dune in Gulf Shores, AL

Located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores this spacious home has over 3,500 square feet of finished space on 3 levels. This is not your typical beach home. Imagine sitting on the deck with a glass of wine listening to the waves. Enjoy the grill, fire pit, and outdoor games.

The middle/main level has 20-foot ceilings with large windows and stunning Gulf views. 2 additional bedrooms are on this floor including the main floor king bed master with attached master bath with jacuzzi. The other room has a queen bed. The modern high-end stainless steel Kitchenaid kitchen is on this level.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms --a king room & a room with a day bed trundle, living room, a kitchen, and full bath. Minimal stairs are needed on this level.

The upper/third floor has 2 king bed bedrooms and a third loft type living area.

Beach access is from the backyard from a sand walking trail.

* Guests will have access to the Beach Club Resort in Gulf Shores (3 min drive or access from the beach) for access to the indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, outdoor kids pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, locker room with full showers, steam room, sauna, and game room.
Sports Equipment such as basketballs, tennis equipment, volleyballs
can be rented from the Club Desk. The owner's membership allows guests to visit and pay ~$50/group/day (for the entire group) directly at the resort to enjoy these amenities.

We had the whole extended family. The place was in a quiet area, beautifull view, walking distance to beach! Great communication with host. Would definitely stay here again.

Family time at the beach

Great place and location!! Check in process was easy and the house was spacious! Only improvement would be a pool table or ping pong table - something for evening hours. Short walk to the beachfront and it was wonderful! Would book this property again.

The house was beautiful. We loved every minute of our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the house made things so convenient. The walk to the beach was short and the beach was not crowded. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great get-away

Great place that is far enough from other places to give you a secluded feel. The walk to the beach is wonderful and the beach is wonderful with much less foot traffic then other places in the area. The host was responsive and prompt. All in all it was a great place to have a relaxing vacation.

Incredible House!

Heaven's Dune has everything that you could possibly want for a beach getaway! Beautifully furnished and stocked with plenty of your day to day amenities! Just bring your beach vibes and some food and drink and you are sure to have a great time!!

Great Stay at the Beach!

Great house with great amenities. Short walk to the beach. Owner also has access to The Beach Club resort just down the road. Neil was also very reaponsive during the arrival process to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended

Great Vacation

There is a lot of room in the house. Each level has a family room. You are easily able to walk to the beach. The beach had very few people on in due to houses being on the part of the beach. Would book this house again.

Overall it was pleasant stay for 16 people. 7 Adults and 9 children. The house was big enough that we didn’t feel crowded. We all had space when needed. The view of the ocean was the best! It is definitely a short walk to beach and I would considered it beachfront. We took the kids to the resort and enjoyed a day of indoor and outdoor pool. It was a peaceful and relaxing good time.

Excellent Family Beach Vacation

Neil's Heaven's Dune was a fantastic house in a wonderful location. Fort Morgan is a bit of drive from the main part of Gulf Shores, but the break from the crowds of Gulf Shores was very welcome. The house had anything you could need for a stay, and Neil couldn't have been more helpful or genuinely concerned about us having a great time. We were definitely impressed by his level of communication. The 3 living rooms in particular were great for when the teenagers needed to get away from the adults, and the 2 kitchens was great for food prep for such a large group. I couldn't recommend this property more.

Thanksgiving at the beach

This property was perfect for our family of 10 for Thanksgiving. The 3 stories gave everyone their own space. On the main floor, the living room was spacious and allowed everyone to be comfortable while watching football. Nothing beat the view while cooking, eating or just hanging out. The weather allowed us to keep the sliding doors open on the main floor, giving us the best sounds of the ocean. It was a nice surprise in the garage having some chairs and a wagon to borrow!! Great place, easy communication with owner and hope to be back!

Before you spend thousands of dollars, read this post!!

Where do I begin.. my family of thirteen stayed at this place for our family vacation. It is by far the worst experience we’ve had yet. After traveling 13 hours we arrived to a filthy house with trash, cigarette butts and beer cans everywhere. So we spent our first night cleaning every single floor and washing bed sheets. It’s understandable that the first tenants were horrible guest and wrecked the place; but this house was more than just trashed. It was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned correctly in a long time. The walls were black and filthy, the floors felt like they hadn’t been mopped in years (turned our feet black immediately), HUGE cockroaches, the pantry smelt rotten, the bed sheets were dirty (some with debris, bugs, and spilled fluid), showers were not cleaned appropriately, filthy ceiling fans, curtains were stained, MOLD on the shower heads, a/c vents & dishwasher, the dishes felt disgusting, & questionable fluids found in random areas.. If you’re staying at this place be prepared to bring your whole house and then some. The pots and pans, along with the bath towels were slim to none.. The advertised pictures need updated, along with the whole place itself. Overall, this “house” is simply meant for party goers and NOT families. Disappointed is an understatement.

Good Location, Huge Spacious House

This house is huge, spacious, view is good, and very close to beach. Location is good, just few minutes walk to the beach, outside seating and dinning area is good to enjoy view and spend time with family/friends. We had kind of three age groups and everyone was able to find their own area of enjoyment. House is also nicely decorated. There are few chairs, umbrella, toys, a wagon to use in the garage. Host (Neil) is very responsive. We had issue with kitchen sink drain, it was extremely slow on draining and garbage disposal wasn't working. Neil send the plumber in reasonable time while we were away, but seems plumber missed to attach a pipe under the sink so it was draining water under cabinet. We informed Neil and limited the use. He send the plumber again next day and issue was taken care. Overall nice experience at this house and beach. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

New cleaning service would remedy most problems

Overall this house is large and roomy with decent furniture. Bedrooms provide enough room for luggage and extras. The air conditioner works! Kitchen is nice but the supplies should be updated-- several things were dirty in the cabinets or just worn out. Deck with ocean view is very nice--comfortable for our entire group to enjoy together during the evenings. The walk to the beach is somewhat tiring especially if taking lots of items-- It is a narrow sand path which is difficult to walk on for some. Beach was nice and very private and we were able to set up a tent and leave it up all week without a problem. The biggest problem we dealt with was the cleanliness of the property. We contacted Neil and he was prompt to respond but the solutions were inadequate. All towels and trundle mattress pad were stained. Floors were not cleaned very well. Neil sent more (stained) towels and bleach (after requested). He told us to double sheet the trundle which does not remedy a disgusting mattress pad underneath. He sent someone to replace a mildew shower curtain as well. It was a difficult start to our vacation when we expected to arrive to a clean home after a long drive. We made the best of it and had a good time but a poor cleaning service can make a bad first impression!

Breathtaking View from this Amazing Home

The host was amazing! Neil was on top of everything from the time I booked even while I was there. The house was everything and more. Omg, the View was to die for. If you are ever in the area it’s a must to stay in this amazing home.

Oh my! What a wonderful week we had while staying at Neil's. This was a vacation with all the kids and grandkids a total of 12 in all from 5 months through 61 years. Wonderful location, walkable to the beach, fireworks for the 4th of July, AMAZING hot water, and comfy beds. Washer and dryer worked well, was even able to keep up! Everyone was perfectly satisfied with the accommodations. I would highly recommend staying here! This house could more than house our 12 as we had remaining empty beds. Many, many beachy-type items (lawn chairs, wagon, sand toys, boogie board, corn hole game, and bbq) all were in the garage along with a pack and play and highchair available upstairs. Very well stocked home, I wouldn't hesitate at all in making future reservations. Enjoy!

Perfect Family Vacation at Heavens Dune

Our family's stay at Heaven’s Dunes was perfect. The house was large enough for us to enjoy meals together and had areas of privacy for individual needs as well. The home was well stocked with necessities and little extras. Neil was a very attentive host and made sure any issues we had were resolved satisfactorily. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Big 3 -Story house with Gulf Shores Views

Big 3-story house with views of the gulf. Can with a family of 10 - a mix of young kids and adults. Great location in Fort Morgan a little removed from the commotion of Gulf Shores. On a section of unpaved road. Around a 4 minute walk to the beach along a little trail - don’t have to cross any roads to do so. The beach here is clean, with white sand, and not crowded. You do have to sign and pay an additional security deposit ($1200 for us). This was returned in full to us soon after checkout. Would definitely come back.

Great Stay, Great Host, Great Place!

The location is gorgeous- we were a very short walk from the perfect beach and woke to lovely ocean views. The house was well maintained, spacious, and clean. The mattresses were new and comfortable. There were many amenities which made our stay comfortable and convenient. Lastly, Neil was an awesome host- he made it a priority that we had a great stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
