RENTAL OF THE FOUR BEDROOMS<br>In the heart of the Blayais, between vineyards, marshes and estuary, the Padura cottage, just renovated, welcomes you to stay with family or friends. Its enclosed and quiet garden has a garden table and a barbecue. The parking is private and can accommodate several cars. The house has an entrance on the first floor and upstairs, 4 bedrooms (each with 1 bed of 140, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair), the fully equipped kitchen (an induction hob, a convection oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer with drawers, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and crockery for double the capacity) with a dining area and a lounge area, a bathroom with washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet. An indoor drying rack and an outdoor drying rack are available. Sheets are provided as well as kitchen linen. Towels are available for rent. Possibility of a cleaning package in addition. The tourist tax is also extra (0.92&#8364; per day per adult). Pets are allowed but a deposit of 50&#8364; per animal in addition will be required. The cottage is suitable for teleworking (office + wifi). Local shops are about 1km away as well as a medical center and a pharmacy.<br>A deposit will be required upon arrival.
