Great Space with Pool

We had a wonderful weekend with family at this nicely appointed space that is close to downtown Portland. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool and hanging out on the deck.

Great house for the family

Family and I came into Portland for a vacation. This house is so close to the airport and a short drive to downtown. Great setup, open concept, nice backyard pool! Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

Everything was perfect! The beds were very comfortable. The pool was kept open for us and it was nice to sit around the pool one last time this year. Tito was very responsive and great to deal with. Highly recommend this property!

I live in California, but my son was married in Portland (our home state). We spent a long weekend close to family and wedding activities. This is a comfortable home, in a great location. I feel fortunate to have chosen the perfect VRBO.

Didn't know what to expect but was awesome

Pictures are often times inflated but these pictures undersold how perfect this place was. The house was great but the pool was the kicker. We had a blast and would try to book this anytime we are in Portland.

Roomy for a family

This property has an open floor plan downstairs which made it very comfortable for our family of six adults and one infant. Nice backyard with a swimming pool.

Nice home close to airportt

This is an older home with some modern updates, especially to the kitchen and dining area. Upstairs bathroom has a great shower. There's an in-ground pool in the back yard, a great deck for relaxing, and a nice barbecue grill. The home is less than a 5-minute drive to the airport, but was not noisy. We were the first guests to stay this season, so there were a couple of minor issues, quickly resolved. Tito is a wonderful host, and easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was okay. We had an issue with the WiFi code - two of the members from our group of six had to wrap up work the afternoon/evening of our arrival and couldn’t log on as we were given the wrong code. It took the property manager at least five hours to get back to us with the correct code. There are no towel racks in either bathroom and only one hook on one of the three bedroom doors in which to hang your towel. There were six of us. We had to hang our towels over the bedroom doors in order to dry. Ceiling light bulbs need to be changed and some of the bedroom table lamps are ready to fall apart. The kitchen needs to be stocked with large serving bowls and platters. It didn’t have any serving bowls to put side dishes or chips in for dinner and no platters for cheese and crackers or carved meats. The deck furniture is not at all as pictured. Only four individual chairs and one is truly ready to collapse. There is a bench for seating on the deck but is so low that when you sit down your face is parallel to the hard plastic white banquet table that has been put out there for dining purposes. The cushions on the deck for the furniture are not meant for the furniture at all. All of this could be taken care of by the property manager and an investment in all new deck furniture. Overall, if these items are taken care of and the house was given a little more TLC, I would raise my score to a 4.5. For now, my score is a 3.5.

Decent place, just needs some TLC

House, pool, bbq, and backyard could have been cleaned better before we arrived and many things were broken or didn’t work through the house. Various outlets didn’t work and the hot water doesn’t stay one temperature when showering. Walked in to clothing tags stuck to windows, dirty floors downstairs, wet musty laundry in the washer, over-full grease trap in bbq, over-full, slimy, and broken pool bucket, broken items throughout the entire house. Fridge does not work the best, had food spoil right after purchasing because fridge does not get cold enough. Tito did offer to bring us a small fridge to make sure we had one after mentioning it to him, but we wanted our privacy and we felt things should have been checked before guests came. Upstairs bathroom doorknob came off while child was trying to exit the bathroom, my husband fixed it. With a little extra TLC, this house would be the perfect rental. It has a modern, yet old fashioned charm to it and it is right in the center of everything we wanted to do. The pool has a light for night swimming, which we never found until our last night. We had someone renting in August come knocking wanting to see the rental for a wedding, which we thought was slightly inappropriate, but not the owner's fault. Communication between rental manager and tenants could have been a bit better before arriving, but when we arrived, Tito answered my call and made sure we had access to the house immediately. Overall my family and I had a decent time.

Relaxing stay

Booked for a weekend anniversary getawaywith friends. Tito had great communication, any issue that was brought to his attention (we had a minor power outage), he was on top of finding a solution quickly! The house was a good size for our group of 6 - fully equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable and the backyard was a pleasant oasisn with what I imagine to be a very robust vegetable garden in the summer! Location was safe and super convenient to downtown, shops and restaurants. Would definitely book again!

Perfect for family getaway...

The house was perfect for our end of summer getaway. It was very clean and well equipped. The host Tito was very attentive to our needs (although there were not many). The location was close to everything you could need, groceries, gas, coffee, etc. Very close to Freeport - where we went for a day trip. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Best shower on the block!

This house is exactly as described and more . The upstairs bathroom is very nice . The pool was great the rooms were great and well designed my only yyyy con would be the mattress could definitely be more comfortable in the master bedroom but I had the little kids sleep there and they were good the other 2 matresses were so comfortable. The garden and yard is well kept. It had everything you could need in a house including games n coloring for the kids . The owner communicated everything very well and very fast and even let us check in a little early . I definitely would stay here again !

Great location with pool

This house was perfect for a weekend in Portland. It's very close to the city, but in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was great. The house was very functional with a few nice touches.

Wedding weekend

The house was all we were looking for and more. Everything we needed was provided. Easy access to the airport and the highway. Great location to attend a wedding in Portland. Would definitely book again.

Perfect for our family.

We loved staying in this rental. The pool and the spacious first floor were just what we needed. The private pool, especially, is a rare find in the area. Thank you, Tito, for being kind and welcoming. We hope to come back again.

Amazing House

Our stay at the house was very comfortable. House was well maintained with new kitchenware. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much. Many restaurants within few minutes of driving.
