· 3 spacious air-conditioned and independent suites of 25 m² with modular King size beds that can be converted into single beds, each equipped with a private bathroom, work space and terrace

· 3 bathrooms adjoining the suites with walk-in shower, hairdryer and toilet

· A bright living area of 80 m², entirely open onto the terrace, comprising a comfortable lounge and a flat-screen television

· A fully equipped American kitchen, ideal for food lovers or welcoming a private chef

· A large laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment
