Enjoy a wonderful stay in this very pleasant and ideally situated flat, right in the heart of Bordeaux, just a stone’s throw from the St Michel and Saint Pierre districts, the quays and Rue Saint Catherine.
Situated on the ground floor of a stone-built building in a quiet street, and tastefully and carefully renovated in 2023, Les Capucines is perfect for exploring our city, whether you’re here on business or for leisure.
It comprises a very pleasant living area with a sitting area and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a lovely, quiet bedroom, a bathroom and an outdoor patio.

Situated on the ground floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A lovely living area with a cosy sitting area, a comfortable sofa suitable for a child and a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a cosy dining table for your meals. For your comfort, this room is air-conditioned.
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, induction hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker…
- A lovely double bedroom (140x190) at the rear, very quiet and pleasant
- A 12 m² patio, opening onto the bedroom, with a seating area and a dining table
- A lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit and a large walk-in wardrobe
- Separate toilet

High-quality bed linen, towels and tea towels, as well as a few coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil, are provided, and your bed will be made up on arrival.
For your convenience, a washing machine is available for your use.

Naturally, Wi-Fi is available free of charge!

Les Capucines is ideally situated in the St Michel district, right at the heart of all Bordeaux’s tourist attractions and points of interest.
The Saint-Michel district, built around the Flamboyant Gothic basilica dedicated to the archangel, is the liveliest and most colourful part of the city, in the shadow of its bell tower – the tallest in the south of France – which for many years housed famous mummies.
It has been listed as a Historic Monument and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1998, alongside the Basilica of Saint-Seurin and Saint-André Cathedral.

The Saint-Pierre district, a historic part of Old Bordeaux listed by UNESCO, comprises numerous small squares, such as Place du Parlement, Place Camille-Jullian, Place du Palais and Place de la Bourse, which are linked by narrow cobbled streets, such as Rue du Parlement, Rue de la Devise and Rue du Pas-Saint-Georges.
As a semi-pedestrianised area, you can explore Bordeaux with ease. Rue Sainte-Catherine, Europe’s longest pedestrianised street, the Grand Théâtre and the museums are just 50 metres away

- Tram: Lines A and B, Porte de Bourgogne, 500 metres’ walk away – direct to the station in 10 minutes / Line C, Musée d’Aquitaine, 700 m on foot
- Vcub: Vcub self-service bike hire station 300 m away, ideal for exploring and getting around Bordeaux
- Car: All car parks are pay-and-display; two public pay-and-display car parks are located 600 m away
- The SNCF railway station is a 15-minute tram ride away on Line C
