The holiday cottage La Maison des Pommiers is comfortable and welcoming, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Located in a peaceful setting in the rolling countryside of the Boulonnais region, it is a 15-minute drive from Boulogne-sur-Mer or Hardelot.
The ideal starting point for exploring the Opal Coast.
 
Rooms
 
The cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Two extra beds are available.
For your comfort, the beds are made upon your arrival and towels are provided.
 
The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, offers sleeping accommodations for 2 people. with a double bed . It is equipped with a large bathroom with shower and toilet.
For added flexibility, bunk beds can be added to this room upon request, see price list.
The second bedroom, located upstairs, is perfect for a couple with its double bed . It also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
 
The third bedroom, also upstairs, offers two single beds . It has a large bathroom with shower and toilet.
 
 
For families with young children, a baby cot can also be provided upon request.
 
Equipment
 
The La Maison des Pommiers cottage is perfectly equipped to offer a pleasant stay to holidaymakers.
 
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a kettle.
Upstairs, a laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.
For your relaxation time or for teleworking, a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi access are at your disposal.
 
For families with babies, a high chair and a baby bath are available in the cottage.

 
The cottage has a pleasant wood-burning stove for quick warm-up when the season is right.
The cottage is also equipped with a boiler, thus guaranteeing a pleasant temperature during the winter period.
 
The following are provided upon arrival: toilet paper, absorbent paper, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, shower gel, basic groceries.
 
Outside
 
The cottage has a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy the outdoors in peace and quiet.
 
An outdoor spa is available for your use. Treat yourself by immersing yourself in a relaxing and healthy hot bath or under an invigorating jet massage.
 
Free private parking for 2 cars.
Guests have the option to charge an electric car at the electric charging station at Clos de Tournes.
 
Breakfast
 
You have the option of ordering a superb breakfast from Caroline, which is very popular with visitors, to discover local specialties, cheeses, fruit juices, fresh bread and pastries as well as homemade jams, made with fruit from the Clos de Tournes orchard.
Caroline's breakfast costs €15 per person per day.
Reservations must be made with Caroline the day before.
 
Remarks
 
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, the cottage is entirely non-smoking both inside and outside the common areas.
 
Pets are not allowed.
 
Prices
 
The rental price for Maison des Pommiers starts from €300/night in the low season and from €600/night during the summer holiday period.
 
The minimum stay is 3 days. Prices decrease depending on the length of stay.

Cleaning fees, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
An electricity allowance of 100kWh in winter and 70kWh per day in summer is included; any excess will be charged at the end of your stay.
The tourist tax is €2.50 per day per adult.
A deposit of €700 will be required.
 
Arrival time from 5:00 PM.
Departure time until 10:00.
 
Weekend and midweek rentals are possible, outside of school holidays, upon request.
