The master bedroom is on this floor. It has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with full bath with shower over.
There is a spiral staircase to access the second bedroom downstairs. This is ideally suited to older children with bunk beds (standard single beds) and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a hallway with an outside door which accesses the courtyard.
You have a private covered deck which overlooks the pool with outdoor dining table and chairs.
There is a beautiful large shared pool (6.5m x 12m) with tables and sun loungers. The exercise room, containing a universal weight machine and exercise bike, adjoins the pool.
