"Welcome to the Bluff House! The Bluff House is located 1.5 miles from the base of the Palisade Plunge, world class Mountain bike trail and Rim hiking trail. We are also located 2.5 miles from beautiful downtown Palisade and Cameo shooting range. Tour the award winning wineries and enjoy the farm to table experiences. The Bluff House has 12 acers of privacy, views of Mt. Lincoln, deer and views of the Palisade valley. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a outdoor seating area, grilling area and is smoke free and pet free.

I say at 10-12 VRBOs a year and this might be the best one I've stayed at! Newly renovated, well appointed, phenomenal view. I can't recommend this place enough.

Girls wine weekend

The Bluff House was perfect for a weekend away with my three friends. We came for wine, lavender festival but most of all relaxation and this place delivered. It was away from everyone, very quiet, clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you, we will be back.

Amazing place, location and host

This place is so fantastic. Close to town, wineries and other attractions but has the feel of a secluded place. The place itself is incredibly nice and spacious. We had great communication with the host and it really was a 5 star stay. We look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful stay at a fantastic place

We had the greatest stay at bluff house! The views were incredible! The listing should add photos of those views! We loved the seclusion. The house was clean, new, fresh and very homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back again next year!

Star Gazer

Fabulous property for a quiet stay. Great views during the day and exceptional at night. We did a lot of star gazing and photography. The house is beautiful, plenty of room, and has almost anything you could need. Definitely will stay again and recommended to family!

Spacious spot in Palisade

We had a great long weekend in Palisade! The place is incredibly spacious and well decorated. It’s also in a great location- just a quick drive to local wineries and hiking trails. Guests should be aware that the priority is up a hilly gravel road and is best for higher clearance and AWD vehicles.

This property is amazing

The property looks exactly like the photos! The view is amazing and the house is very clean and stocked with many conveniences. The property manager, Melissa, promptly answered any question I had. I will stay here again when I get back to Palisade.

The Bluff House

Excellent location. It is private with wonderful views. Lots of wildlife visits the property such as deer and black bears. Lots of very nice hiking trails in the area and minutes alway from town where there are great restaurants and a grocery store. Grocery store has a good selection for food for grilling with the propane grill at the house.

Absolutely perfect

It is always a pleasure to walk into a VRBO and have it be like the pictures and reviews. My friends have not stayed at many VRBO's and they were impressed as well!The home is extremely well stocked in the kitchen, which makes traveling much easier. If you want to cook for yourself, this is the place to stay.Also, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space, and great air-conditioning! Thank you to the hosts! If I find myself in the Grand Junction area, I will seek out this home.

New Home

Wonderful property on a bluff above the Colorado River. Be sure to search it out in the daylight on your arrival day. Good home base for enjoying the fruits and wine of the western slope and a trip thru the Colorado National Monument.

One of the best places I have ever stayed

This is a wonderful home. We loved our stay here. The view is amazing, the home is spotless and well equipped. There is room for all to spread out. It was perfect for our family. We were in town for a family reunion. Palisade is a great little town, and this home helped make the reunion a week to remember. Thank you to Melissa for her quick response to any question we had.

Amazing Views, Amazing Home

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Palisade. The house is at the top of the hill with amazing views, and was extremely private. It is up a dirt road but is a great place to stay if you want to be secluded. We used the fire pit and the grill, both were in great condition. We really appreciated the filtered water at the sink! All the appliances were in great condition which was wonderful because we cooked every day.

The perfect place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is our second time staying here at the bluff house and we will be staying here again! The views are absolutely stunning! It is a great place. Clean and well maintained. Melissa was great at communicating. We did not have any problems whatsoever throughout our stay. We had all the necessities. I would highly recommend this great house in beautiful Colorado!

Don’t Look Anywhere Else

All previous reviews were spot on. The beauty of the surrounding mesas was to die for, I couldn’t stop standing at the dining room window and gazing out all the time, it really was breathtaking. I had searched many properties that were smaller and closer to town for our quick trip here, even though this place was way too big for just us two, it was way worth it. Will stay again and hopefully with more people!

All we can hope for when renting a property is that it matches the description. If it exceeds the description in just one aspect, that's a home run. Which is why the Bluff House is GRAND SLAM! Home Away From Home with a BEAUTIFUL View!!

We can't say enough wonderful things about this place. It's such an amazing gem that we stumbled upon and will be continuing to come back to when we visit the area. The view is INCREDIBLE! The house is comfortable and spacious and every little detail was thought about. There are so many extras like bath soaks, candles, wonderful smelling soap, beautiful artwork etc. that most places don't have and it's such a nice touch. We had a full moon while we were there and it made for such a beautiful setting my the campfire and grilling. We would HIGHLY recommend this place. It's a dream.

Memorable Stay In Palisade

The Bluff House offers an excellent location that is private, with incredible breathtaking views and abundant wildlife. Minutes from the town of Palisade which offers fresh produce, great restaurants, a hometown grocery store, lots of wineries, a distillery and so much more. Also close to all that Grand Junction has to offer, including The National Monument, hiking and biking trails. The house exceeds expectations in every way, with thoughtful details and amenities. The property is clean, well-equipped, wonderfully decorated and spacious. The property manager, Melissa, is responsive and helpful. I can’t say enough about this awesome property and the hosts that have made this available for others to enjoy. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.
