The 3rd and 4th Person can sleep comfortably on sofa beds in the living area. For cozy evenings the south west facing terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue grill makes. The apartment is pet friendly and very comfortable.

The Baltic Sea beach is to be reached within a few minutes by bike. The Wolgastsee in 700 m away with boat rentals and swimming area offers good leisure facilities, especially for families. Opened in the summer of 2009, the 18-hole golf course complements the sporting field alongside cycling, tennis, horseback riding, rowing and hiking.
