Do NOT stay here. On the surface, it looks great. We had more than enough beds and baths, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, there were roaches in some bathrooms and rooms. My nephew had one fall in his hair when he went to the bathroom. The toilets were dirty around the back of the toilet seat, so we had to clean it. Even though it’s a pet friendly location, there was a lot of pet hair on the living room carpet and by the pool. The theater room also smelled like a mixture of pet hair and old popcorn. Two people had to leave and book a stay elsewhere for the rest of the trip. The theater room is outdated and impossible to use. You can’t stream anything. We had a Netflix movie playing, but it cut off midway. It’s also a hassle to enter in the WiFi password every time just to attempt to figure out how to stream. We had to rely on the stack of DVDs that nobody wanted to watch. The slide in the kids room was broken, and my nephew ended up with scratches on his back and arms. One of the pool table pockets was ripped, so someone could easily get hurt if a ball fell through it. I addressed all of these concerns on cleanliness, maintenance, & safety to the host, and he dismissed everything and refused to issue a refund. I told him before we checked out that we'd send a list of issues we faced, and he said we can take our time, but even after showing pics for proof he said we waited too long (a week) and can't issue the refund. 2 stars, wouldn't recommend.
