The Emerald Crab was amazing. Clean, Comfortable, well stocked (although we could have used a few more bath towels with 7 of us) The view of the beach was perfect and the waterscape resort pool activities were amazing for our 6 and 8 year olds.

The kitchen is not very well stocked: Ex, only 1 non-stick skillet with a metal spatula, no small silverware options (spoons for cereal). Some of the bracelets did not work to get through gates. The smoke detector in the master bedroom started going off around 3:00AM and went off every 55 seconds for 4-5 hours before finally quitting. Texted and called about it and someone finally came, but did not find cause of it going off. Then it went off later in afternoon while kids were napping, so had to remove batteries and take it off of the wall as we were told to do. Ice maker in refrigerator did not keep up on making ice, for 1 1/2 days did not make any. Beds were comfortable and layout of condo was good. Nice deck, with chairs which was really nice for watching the fireworks.

We are sorry that your stay was not up to your standards. Upon the post checkout inspection a full set of pots and pans were in the cabinet to include 2 12" skillets. The unit is set up to accommodate 10 people to include silverware, linens, towels, etc. Regarding the smoke detector, maintenance arrived at the unit to discover that the AC was set to 68 degrees and the master bedroom door was cracked enough to allow hot humid air to enter the bedroom. The hot air will rise and the temperature differential can cause the detector to be faulty by fogging the sensor. In addition, the ice machine was full of ice and operational. The ice bin is only a small roughly 12"x12" and with 10 people in the unit it can take time to keep up with heavy usage. We appreciate your feedback and had we known about any of the issues (ice, silverware, wristbands, etc) during your stay we would have assisted you. Thank you again for staying!

Our experience at The Emerald Crab was perfect. We loved the beautiful view of the ocean, the cleanliness, the well stocked kitchen & comfortable bedrooms. We had easy access to the pool & beach. We were blessed with great weather during our stay & we even got to see the dolphins. Our condo came with two umbrellas & 4 chairs, making it pleasant to spend the day at the beach. I highly recommend this condo. Aaron from EastPass Rental made everything easy.

Very clean condo. We had the whole family of 8 and had plenty of room. Had a wonderful time

Very nice place. We have stayed in many places but this was definitely one of the best! It was very convenient to the main areas. We had a very beautiful view of the beach and it was just a short walk. We will certainly return.

Beautiful

We loved our stay. This condo is set up for the guest's comfort. All the bed are comfortable; the view from the balcony is magnificent; and the kitchen has everything that you need to prepare a meal. Just a wonderful place to vacation.

A true gem!

We’ve stayed at Waterscape many times, but never in such an amazing unit. It was so relaxing and inviting. The in-room amenities were thoughtful and made us feel very at home during our stay.

I would 100% stay again!

He had the best stay - the a/c was having issues but we went in Feb when it was nice and cool and no need for A/C for the most part! The manager said it was being fixed right after our stay! The views, everything are incredible

Paradise found here

This vacation rental was even better than pictured. The view was insane, like pretty much ocean front. The rental had plenty of room for everyone, and was very well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook a home cooked meal or just order in for the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here for the week.

Great Vacation Getaway

Gorgeous Views

This condo at the end of building A gives it's guests breathtaking views! You feel as if you are on the beach when you are on the patio. The Destin side of Waterscape, Building A is the quietest area in the Waterscape complex. We immensely enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.

Perfect Family Vacation!

What a great property! The condo was perfect for the ten of us! Michelle gave me great information prior to our trip, codes for parking and door, and left sweet surprises for our family! The view was wonderful! Fireworks on Wednesday from the balcony were so enjoyable! We will certainly be back!

Great family vacation!!

This place is amazing! Everything was better than I hoped for. Very well maintained, everything we could have need for a comfortable week and more. Perfectly clean and comfortable for all age ranges. The manager was so kind and provided a highchair for the week. Communication was easy and helpful!! Can't wait to return!

We loved our stay at Michelle's condo! Michelle answered all of our questions before the trip and even gave us recommendations of places to eat. The condo was spotless and had lots of amenities. The view is breathtaking! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Spring Break Baseball Trip

If you are looking for a beautiful condo to spend a week on the beach, then this one is IT! Fall get away

Wow! Just wow! We fell in love with this condo and the experience that my family had. Can definitely say it way truly enjoyable. The view is BEAUTIFUL. The condo was clean and spacious. Love the white sandy beaches and view of the Pier. Shopping and restaurants are close. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

Beautiful View and Spacious

This was our first time in this unit. Michelle was great to work with and the unit was beautiful! Better in person! The kitchen had everything you needed and there was enough room for 2 families to spend a week together. The view was perfect, we will be back!!

Wonderful view!

A301 was very spacious and had all the amenities of home. It was wonderful to wake up to the sunset and hear the tides from the ocean. Most importantly, we felt safe. Michelle called while we were on the way to make us aware of a problem with the AC unit, but it was fixed by the time we got there. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Gorgeous view, great location, great space

Great location, easy access. Short drive from the airport. Beautiful ocean front view of a beautiful beach. Great outdoor pool area (no indoor pool). Master bedroom and bath are phenomenal. Kitchen was well stocked. Condo is a good little walk from the parking garage, but there were carts for use. Coffee, candy, a water bottle, and some sunscreen were provided which was nice and appreciated. Beach towels and trash bags NOT provided. And note that 4 beach chairs are included, but they are first come, first serve so getting to the beach early to reserve your spots is necessary. There was a tropical storm on the day of our beach wedding and the Waterscape Resort staff were amazing with helping us come up with a Plan B on very short notice. They were so sweet and hospitable. Overall a great stay and we hope to return!
