ACCESS: the cottage has a private entry off the alleyway. There is no street access. Please read the directions thoroughly after booking!! We also provide a map.

PARKING: Private, off-street parking space for 2 vehicles or 1 with small trailer. Inquire about other parking options.

EXTERIOR: A path off the front door leads to a private covered porch with seating area. New landscaping and BBQ grill with enclosed fence for privacy.

KITCHEN: Spacious full kitchen with plentiful basics for your cooking needs. Fridge/freezer, cooktop, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender.

DINING AREA: Open to the kitchen and living room, there’s plenty of space for informal meals.

LIVING ROOM: Cozy and comfortable sofa and loveseat with Smart TV and books available for use during your stay.

BEDROOM #1: The main level master bedroom is spacious with a King-sized bed, Smart TV, USB outlet lamp, closet with hangers, portable fan and comfortable lounge chair.

BEDROOM #2: Comprised of the entire 2nd floor, this large bedroom includes an upholstered queen sized bed, USB outlet lamp, closet with hangers, portable fan and workspace with desk and chair.

BATHROOM: Full bath with shower/tub combination. Towels are provided.

LAUNDRY AREA: Stacked washer and dryer available for use during your stay.
