Located in Grand Cayman Resort, this condo has 2 views of the ocean from the balcony located on the 6th floor. This condo has 1 King Bed, 1 murphy bed, and one sleeper sofa to sleep up to 6. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Grand Cayman Resort! Appointed with a refrigerator, microwave oven, cooktop and stove, LCD TVs and private bathroom are included in this oceanview 1 Bedroom.

Heated pools, Indoor pools, and a private ocean balcony and hot tubs! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located in the northern part of Myrtle Beach, enjoy the ocean view from your private terrace or relax in the beachfront pool! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Nice Resort, disappointing management experience

The resort was nice with great pools for the kids. The room was smaller than expected for a family especially. The pictures make it look bigger. We chose this condo because we wanted to save money by cooking and it had an oven. We went to the store the first day and purchased frozen foods that we could cook in the oven. However when we tried using the oven the first night we found that the knob to set the temperature was broken.I contacted the management company which could only be done through text and they said they’d send someone out. The maintenance people messaged us at 12:30am while we were sleeping trying to come out.When we saw the message the next day we responded and they said they’d come that day. However we got the run around our entire trip and it wasn’t fixed until 8:30pm the last night of our stay (after we had dinner). We ended up having to toss the frozen foods and eat out most meals costing us several hundred more dollars than we planned to spend. When we asked the management company for some sort of resolution to the issue they told us “the impact was limited because we could cook on the stovetop” and they would not offer us any compensation. Seeing as the foods we had already purchased were not able to be cooked stovetop, the impact was not limited. We could have gotten other foods at the store, but they kept telling us they were coming to fix it and never showed up.Do NOT rent from Big Fish Rentals!

Cute little room

Nice stay for a short vacay! The room is very narrow, but was great for what we needed. The kitchenette was the perfect size. We enjoyed our stay.

I loved all the amenities this hotel has to offer. I didn’t like that it was 12 am and you could still hear a lot of noise. The rooms are next to the front door so you can listen everything. Overall I would like to stay here again.

Less Than Expected

Completing my paperwork for the rental I received many emails explaining extra charges that we could be billed for. It made us feel uncomfortable and ready to leave early. We arrived on Friday night to no hot water. I tried to call the number that was on our paperwork but no answer. Saturday morning someone answered and said let the water run for 20-30 minutes before bathing. That's ridiculous in my opinion. Not again.

Family vacation

We went for a short stay but enjoyed our time. The weather was not too great. It was rainy and a little chilly but there was a lot to keep the kids occupied at the resort with all the different pools and lazy river. We enjoyed our time together!

Baseball spring break

Came down for high school spring training from the cold north. Room was nicer than the hotel owned rooms. I would definitely search out this corporation to rent from again!

Perfect time of year!

We stayed with our 2 yr old daughter. Her first time at the beach and she loved the experience. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!! Julie was a great host! Pros: Keyless entry - no card to keep up with Lots of Space!! Amazing location, right on the beach Cons: NO check in until 4pm, with 10am check out! - LOTS of fees for early and/or late While we could see the ocean from our balcony, there is a HUGE building right in front of it! Kitchen utensils were dirty, and the selection was rather limited. Overall, we would recommend!!

Needs some improvement in a few area’s

the pictures were pretty deceiving it made it look bigger than what it was. when we arrived it was pretty decent the view was okay it’s pretty close walk to the beach. we went to get groceries as we saw the suite provided pots and pans etc. we got back and they were dirty they haven’t been cleaned properly letting the host know they just simply said the previous guests hadn’t cleaned them but didn’t send anyone to replace or even clean them. some of the sheets were stained and there were dead roaches hidden behind curtains and under dishes. overall the communication between the host was pretty decent they let us know when someone would be coming to solve the problem etc. the pool was pretty nice along with the lazy river. the hot tubs were a bit questionable. I don’t know if i’d book here again but It was an okay experience.

Good Price but fell short

Good price for the stay, however, bugs in the room every night. Unit was dirty when we checked in. Hot tubs were broke most of the week. Pool was dirty. The guy at the front desk was really nice but the rest of the staff seemed rude and like they didn’t want to deal with anything. It’s not that close to the big attractions but not to far. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. It isn’t necessarily the owner of the condos fault but the entire place needs some work. Especially for pest control.

Quick Getaway

Everything at the condo was great!! Plenty of room for 5. We used both the Murphy Bed and sofa bed and both were comfortable. We truly enjoyed all the amenities at the resort and the short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Loved this unit , owner, and managers.

We loved this little room! It was redone and nice. We were missing sheets and they were delivered for us! My only complaint is the actual building. It was the loudest I’ve ever stayed at! Screaming, running, and slamming doors for a very long time all night! I think security was trying to help, but it was wild!

Honeymoon

We stayed there for our honeymoon. The condo was beautiful. Looks just like the pics but better. Loved the fact it was just a walk down a boardwalk to get to the ocean. Lots to do that is just a short drive. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent séjour de 6 jours. Le condo était conforme avec l'annonce que nous avons vu sur votre site et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Tout était à notre satisfaction. Le seul hic était le son de la télévision des voisins et le bruit des gens qui circulent à des heures tardives (entre 10h00 pm et 6h00 am)

Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
