Located in the marina district of a quiet executive neighbourhood, this waterfront 1,600sq ft, 2 bedroom tidal oceanfront fully self contained suite overlooks a very secluded national migratory bird estuary all from your covered deck and is a great base for seeing all of the attractions of the peninsula and Victoria. There is an option for an 3rd king bedroom suite included with 5th/6th (additional charge of $125 per night 4 guests or under per room). Additional cleaning charge of $50.

As you enter through your private entrance, there is a spacious living area with 42” cable and wifi TV. The garden queen bedroom is on the left. From there you pass the ocean view queen bedroom onto the open design kitchen, dining area, bathroom and second TV area that overlooks a private 600’ covered patio with views into the 1/2 acre woodlands and onto views of the ocean waterfront. We provide linens, towels, soaps, shampoos and some teas and coffee.

Shops and restaurants in Sidney is less than a 5 minute car ride or walk thru the National Park, nature parks and flat trails to town. Major attractions are close including Butchard Gardens. Sidney is known for great events and shows including Thursday night street summer markets, Weekend concerts on the beach, glass beach and the many independent shops. Minutes from the BC ferry, USA ferry and Victoria airport.
