Apartment 1 is approx. 50 m² and is located on the ground floor with direct access to the large south terrace. It is comfortably and comfortably furnished and has a very well equipped kitchen, a large living-dining area with fireplace, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The entire equipment corresponds to the 4 star standard for holiday apartments.
The house is located in Schwarbe Siedlung, a district of Altenkirchen on Rügen. The settlement consists of six former Holstein courtyards with thatched roofs. The settlement lies in the middle of nature, between fields and meadows. Via a dirt road and through the Schwarbe Forest you can walk to the Baltic Sea in 10 minutes. The fine sandy bathing beach of Bakenberg and the north beach are each about 3 km away.
The holiday home Schwarbe Siedlung 2 is a completely and lovingly renovated old farmhouse in a small listed farmhouse settlement. The cozy atmosphere of an old farmhouse has been successfully combined with modern facilities and comfort.
Schwarbe Siedlung is harmoniously inserted in a fascinatingly beautiful landscape with unique flora and fauna. Families will find rest and relaxation here, but nature lovers and individualists will also get their money's worth.
The house is on a 7000 m² large and open plot with meadows, trees, bushes and flower beds. The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace directly at the house, the apartments on the upper floor have spacious seating areas on the spacious property. For everyone there are children's play areas, swings, climbing poles, barbecue facilities and a Finnish sauna on the premises. There is a parking space for each apartment. The house has six apartments of different sizes, four apartments for 2-4 people and two apartments for 4-6 people. All apartments according to the four star standard for holiday apartments (modern kitchen equipment, flat screen TV, DVD player, patio furniture)

The Wiek couple is available for you and lives only 2 km away, so that if necessary they can be there quickly and take care of their concerns and wishes.
