Included with this rental are beach chairs, beach towels, beach bags, wagon, cooler, beach umbrellas and beach toys! Nautical Blue offers plenty of parking in the driveway and underneath the house. An outdoor shower is available for your use with hot and cold water. As you enter the home on the first level, you are greeted with a family room filled with much to do. Guests will have fun playing pool, ping pong, darts, board games, watch television and even play a classic arcade game! Yes, that's right - 60 classics to choose from like Pacman, Donkey Kong and others! Also located on the first level is a full bath and bedroom with queen bed and access to the private outdoor pool & hot tub. On the second level, guests will enjoy two master bedrooms each with its own television, comfortable queen size bed with quality bedding, French doors to the balcony and a luxurious en suite equipped with a double vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Also located on the second level are two kid's rooms each with 3 tier built-in bunk beds, a television and a shared Jack-n-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the 2nd floor balcony. As guests make their way up to the third level, they will find an elegant and roomy open floor plan perfect for entertaining with beautiful large windows and French doors. The living room has a television, two comfortable sitting areas and a nice oversized sleeper sofa. An updated and fully equipped kitchen has all that you need to cook up a great meal with plenty of counter space that can seat up to 7. The large dining room table can seat up to 8. Not far from the dining table is another sitting area with another comfy sleeper sofa and television. In addition to the living space on the third level, you can also enjoy the sitting area and gas grill on the balcony. Guests will be pleased with the flickering of the gorgeous gas lanterns on the balcony that help add relaxation to a fun filled day.
