The holiday home with hotel services: indoor swimming pool heated to 29°C, relaxation area with sauna, wood stove for cosy evenings by the fire...<br><br>The Villa recently renovated in 2023 is a luxurious holiday villa where you feel good immediately, the Villa has obtained a 5-star rating.<br>All the rooms are turned towards the ocean; the villa is located on the axis of the Pen Men lighthouses in Groix and that of Doëlan; at night you will see the passage of the halo of these 2 lighthouses.<br>On the port side, sunrise and breathtaking view of the island of Groix.<br><br>On the starboard side, sunset and the Glénan archipelago on the horizon above the entrance to our charming port of Doëlan.<br>The layout of the villa allows you to stay comfortably and happily whether you are 2, 4 or 6 people.<br>Kitchen and dining room is a unique open space, which allows you to enjoy the view to the south, open sea, or to go outside on the kitchen terrace with a view of the port of Doëlan.<br>The low living room is 100% open to the ocean with its large sliding window.<br>From the first floor you can view the indoor swimming pool which is accessed through a watertight and secure door in the extension of the living room. The pool has its own en-suite bathroom.<br>The heated swimming pool is equipped with a roller shutter that secures it and keeps the heat constant.<br>Upstairs, 2 en-suite bedrooms are presented, either Blue or Green.<br>To satisfy as many people as possible, and for hygiene, we have chosen to equip Villa Ponant with Japanese toilets (or Japanese toilets) and bidets in each of the bathrooms.<br>The relaxation area is equipped with a fully glazed sauna with an extraordinary view of the island of Groix and a relaxation area.<br>This space can also and on request be converted into a 3rd double bedroom 140x200, with certainly the most beautiful view of the house.<br>Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the 3rd is adjoining the swimming pool.<br><br>The exteriors: on the south side of the house, towards the sea, a wooden passageway and pontoon provide access to the main terrace. You have a brazier for excellent grills, a terrace table for 6/8 people, sheltered from the sun by its large Glatz parasol. A rainwater collection tank supplies the irrigation water, the toilet and the washing machine. The 2 heat pumps provide the energy needed to heat the villa and the swimming pool.<br><br>The surroundings: the villa is at the end of the port, the famous GR34 hiking trail is below the garden of the Villa, 2 restaurants 50 meters away, the village of Clohars Carnoet 5 minutes away by car or 10 by bike.<br>Distance from the beaches: 400 m from the beach of Beg Porz Gwenn and 1 km from the beaches of Stang Souc and Roche Perçée; 4 km from the beaches of Kérou and Pouldu.<br>The Kérou surf school is open to all as well as the Pouldu sailing school.<br><br>The Gauguin Museum is located in Le Pouldu 15 minutes away by bike. The historic and commercial town
