Beautiful two bedroom garden apartment in quiet neighborhood convenient to Atlanta attractions. Private entrance with updated kitchen and awesome bathroom, in-unit laundry, and fresh decor. On-premise parking as well as extra parking on the street. Lounge by the in-ground pool or on the screen porch through the summer months.

Great for chill ppl. Not for the oerfectionist

Loved our stay and it worked out perfect for our short business trip.Rated 4 on cleanliness just because the pool was dirty (think it was just opened cause June or broken cleaner- no big deal,) wash machine and toaster could use a little upgrade, but again worker perfect for us.

The place was cleaned from top to bottom. The kitchen was fully stocked wit everything you would have in your own home. They even have a blender if u wanna make smoothies. The pool is a nice size. My kids and I loved it so much we did not want to go back home. It was very cozy and relaxing. Great location as well.

Clean, Comfortable Basement Apartment

All around it was a good stay at a neat, clean, and well-equipped space in a great metro ATL neighborhood. Only issue was the significant noise of the owner and children upstairs into the evening and later which did disturb our sleep at one point. However, I would recommend this place generally for anyone who is looking for a good experience staying in the area.

It’s typically only my wife and me here and we’re a very quiet couple. These children were special guests from out of town. They are 7, 4, and 2. There was extra activity upstairs but I’m surprised it impacted sleep since they were in bed by 8:30. I mentioned to the guest when they arrived that we had the little ones staying with us. I wish they would have communicated with us their concerns over ‘significant noise’.

We checked in thinking that we rented the entire house to ourselves, but the owners were upstairs.

My group was constantly micromanaged by the property owner about guest and sitting in the car outside in front of the house. The place requested was also the basement of the home where we had to walk down to enter the basement.

Left out to dry

Had to contact the owner multiple times after no communication and we couldn't actually get into the property. Ended up having it canceled and having to find a new place the day of which honestly shouldn't be legal. Thankfully got a refund. I understand he was busy with family matters but we were horribly horribly screwed over.

Sweet neighborhood; family friendly

The apartment was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and was just as it was listed. The stairs down to the apartment wouldn't be friendly for anyone with knee issues though. The location was easy to navigate to and from even in busy Atlanta. We enjoyed our stay!

Not Completely Private

Please know that if you rent this apartment that you will be sharing the space with the family who lives on premise. Upon arrival, Tom greeted us. He was very nice and showed us our accommodations. He informed my husband that another guest would be arriving the next day and would staying upstairs, however, he assured us that we "wouldn't even hear them" He was right about the guest, but not his family. Unfortunately for us, the next day, while my husband was out with our eldest daughter, I heard a stampede on top of my head. The noise was terrible. Thumping, running and jumping on top of our heads. I could not get the baby down for a nap and I developed an instant headache. I contacted Tom right away to alert him to the problem and find out what was going on. Tom never returned my call or text. Later that day, my husband and daughter came back and informed me that there were towels and childrensdashed all across the pool

Beautiful place

Four adults stayed for three nights. Beds very comfortable- did not use the pull out. Very nice bathroom with large shower and double vanity. Living area was fine for four but would be very tight for any more. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Unit was very clean and in a nice residential area. Very happy with the unit. Host very helpful and responsive.

Exceeded All Expectations

This apartment was so cute, super clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. My family stayed for a couple of days, and it was perfect. Even with 4 of us, the apartment felt roomy, and my sons loved the pool. The neighborhood is very nice, the house is fenced in, and there was parking for us in the driveway, so it felt very safe. The big smart TVs were great as well. The full stay exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely go back.

Atlanta Trip

Very enjoyable stay. Property was very clean, comfortable & cozy! Large walk-in shower was excellent.....as was the master bedroom! Felt very much like home! We didn't use the pool, but it looked refreshing. Will definitely stay again if travels bring us back to Atlanta!

I don't think owner was not aware of our arrival plan. Had to give him about an hour to get place ready before we could enter. Saw another arrival the day before our reservation ended. Agreed to discount. I'll believe it when I see it though. Might have double booked. Nice place though. Pool was cloudy though. Awesome walk in shower.

I host two units at my house so I always have guests overlapping. Not sure what this guest was referring to. Nevertheless, we work hard to provide a warm welcome to our guests and offer a comfortable place to stay.

Fabulous apartment in perfect location!

We just had a wonderful week at Tom’s garden apartment. We were in town for my son’s basement tournament and we could not have asked for a better location. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, and very close to the highway, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The apartment had everything we needed for our week-long stay and it was the perfect size for my husband and two children. The pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend Tom’s apartment, I know that we will be booking it again next time we are in Atlanta.
