This Balcony Energy Living Apartment has a large 1 master bedroom and full master bathroom, a large living room with sofa and TV. The ability to sleep 2 guests comfortably with a king bed and a sofa. The apartment features large balcony with outdoor seating and table, a large flat panel television with cable and high speed wifi internet. Washer/dryer, kitchen & refrigerator. Bathroom has constant hot water. This apartment is in the Heart of El Poblado, in the Building: Energy Living! This apartment offers everything you could want and more, the building features a rooftop infinity pool, jacuzzi, sauna/spa, and gym. The modern cube-designed building is one of a kind in Medellin and Colombia. Bright floor-to-ceiling windows that illuminate the apartment during the day and night. This apartment features an open balcony that allows you to open the floor to ceiling windows completely to make the balcony an integrated part of the apartment. If entertainment is your thing, the apartment features a large flat panel television (with full digital cable) and high-speed wifi internet. The apartment has unobstructed forest views directly from the balcony and the ability to open the windows completely so you can enjoy the breeze at nighttime. The apartment also features a combination washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen and stainless steel refrigerator. The master bathroom features a rain shower with a constant hot water heater. The apartment is located in the El Poblado area of Medellin, which features the top nightlife and top restaurants for your enjoyment. It’s easy to get back and forth from anywhere in Medellin since it's right off the main road to the airport from the city (Via Las Palmas). Within walking distance are supermarkets, a small mall, restaurants, and other attractions. Security guards are on the property 24/7 at the front desk and parking that can help with any transportation arrangements or questions you might have regarding the city and surroundings.

This is my go to place in Medellin. I feel safe staying here and it offers everything that I need. Laura and Andre are great to work with and make my stay very comfortable. Highly recommend.

First visit to Medellin

Excellent property. Good restaurant in the lobby and supermarket was close by. Easy to get anywhere in Medellin using Uber. The deck was amazing…spent most of my time on it when at home.

Beautiful Apartment & Great Location

The apartment itself was very clean and exactly as advertised. The building is secure and felt very safe. There is a bar, restaurant, and cafe on the ground floor of the building which were all great! It was a short walk to a grocery store which had everything we needed to cook a few of the nights we were there and just a little further down the hill is El Poblado! Thank you for a great stay!

Very Relaxing Urban Holiday

The loft like spacious studio apartment with it's private balcony did not disappoint. In fact, given the typical spring climate in Medellin (i.e., sporadic rain and pleasant cool days), I spent most of my visit in bed or working remotely with north America. If you like psuedo-chic commune living, you'll like this property alot. Lots of young people on holiday can be seen spending time with friends in either the onsite cafe, restaurant, or bar. Although I had complete privacy in my 3rd floor unit, I could hear faint sounds of my upstairs neighbor periodically, which was not a real issue for me. My favorite parts about this property was the very spacious, tree shielded balcony. Overall, I'll give this property a solid "8.9 out of 10"

Outstanding Rental

The apartment was great with an amazing patio deck. Energy Living is upscale complex with great personnel land friendly staff overall. Laura was quick to respond to questions and checkin was efficient. This will be my go to place every tim I am in Medellin.

Beautiful but loud

The apartment was great. The terrace was spacious and comfortable. The host was great and accommodating. The building itself was beautifully modern and the restaurant downstairs was great. My only complaint was that there was loud music at all hours. The security really didn't do a thing about it. Now, as for the unit I stayed in that was perfect.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment. The building is beautiful, clean, perfect location close to restaurants. Has a restaurant on the building beautiful and delicious food. You can order food for room delivery which is awesome. The only reason I am giving a 4 star overall is because this apartment is on the 3rd floor close to the lobby and they were doing some work to the building very early in the morning everyday. You could here the noise-very loud.

Our 5-day stay in El Poblado

Great location in El Pablabo, but don't plan on wearing anything but running shoes. Very hilly to get down to the heart of resto & bar area. The place was very modern, in a very safe area, clean, not in the noisy part of the city, has big balcony for relaxing in morning & evening. Only downfalls : very sparse in terms of provisions eg. pepper, but no salt; no milk or juice, no toaster, no dishwasher, no laundry detergent (who wants to buy a big jug to do only a cpl loads of laundry?, etc). Wld be a plus if host would provide a couple days worth to get guests going. Also nice to be provided with a list of Recommendations for Grocery Store; great restaurants in the area for Breakfast & Dinner, tours, etc

Just what I needed, a true respite!

This property was so beautiful . I have stayed in the Energy Living building in the past. The building is very secure. The apartment was well appointed and private. I loved the outdoor patio space. The vibe of the property set the mood for a relaxing vacation. The host and manager were very responsive and easy to contact. The pictures of the property were accurate and the apartment was solid and would definitely return. If you want to stay in luxury and treat yourself, this is the place for you. Not to mention the rooftop pool, fitness center and patio. The first level restaurant and coffee shop was so convenient. The building has the most beautiful people that stay there. I cannot wait to return and stay at this property. Thanks for making my stay memorable!

My go to place in Medellin is Energy Living

I really enjoy condo 302 in Energy Living in El Poblado. I have stayed here several times, ranging from 8 to 12 nights. Energy Living is about a mile from Provenza/Lleras Park and is in a more quiet area. Taxi rides are inexpensive from this area ($1.50, at night $2.50). You will want to take a taxi to the condo, unless you like walking an incline up a hill. There is a grocery store close by with an ATM. The staff and security at Energy Living are friendly and professional and are of help with questions, taxis, concerns or issues. The restaurant and coffee shop on site is excellent. The internet is fast and reliable. Laura of vrbo is very helpful and responds/solves quickly to questions/small issues I have had. The condo is a big studio, clean, spacious and well equipped. The living room has a couch with nice size TV (that also swivels around for viewing in bed) with some English stations (must set to English). The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom has a spacious shower. (Would recommend bringing hand/washcloths). There is a small kitchen with all the utensils you need with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and seating for 2 at kitchen counter. There is a washer/dryer. There is an A/C unit that cools the rooms quickly. The outdoor balcony is great and has plenty of chairs, table seating and a couch. There is an electric overhang that is great for when it rains. There are large sliding glass doors that allow the cool morning/night air to flow within the condo. The view

A wonderful unit

Everything about the unit was excellent. Included washer & dryer, refrigerator had a bag of ice ready, and sufficient kitchenware to make meals at home. The balcony with retractable awning was massive and a lovely place to eat our meals. Rooftop pool also wonderful.

El Poblado Apartment

Beautiful apartment in a great location with restaurants and a supermarket all within walking distance. The apartment's balcony and rooftop gym, pool, and sitting areas were outstanding! Since the majority of the apartments within Energy Living are short term rentals the building was often very noisy after 10PM. Check-in did not go well, the property manager responded quickly to resolve the problem.

Laura’s casa is a spacious studio apartment inside the Energy Living building - an elegant twenty-two story high-rise in the El Poblado neighborhood in Medellin. Colombia. This casa is a stress-free unit equipped with washer and dryer, kitchen essentials, living room furnishings, immaculately clean, and without clutter. Through the sliding doors of Laura’s casa is an inviting balcony and patio overlooking a botanical garden and a stunning view of the towering Antioquia mountains. Laura has deliberately arranged this unit to promote comfortability and tranquility. It is a worthwhile stay on your visit to Medellin.

The apartment building is located roughly half a mile to the most famous night life scene in Medellin, Parque Lleras. This area, Parque Lleras, has over a hundred different restaurants, bars, discoteca (nightclubs), and shops. The apartment building also is within walking distance to InterPlaza Mall which has many small restaurants, cafes, a salon and a few shops along with a bank/ATM. The Poblado area is full of things to do, including the Centro Comercial Tesoro and Centro Comercial SantaFe (largest in Medellin). Easy access to via las palmas and the rest of the Medellin Highway System allow for this apartment to be perfectly located for your travel to Medellin!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The apartment is located directly on the Transversal Inferior which is a throughway within the El Poblado zone and Calle 10 which is another main road within the El Poblado zone. The apartment has access to multiple bus stops as well as a supermarket within walking distance. Taxies can be arranged by the security guards at the front desk of the building, or you can always order a ride-sharing service like Uber. The apartment offers 1 parking space which is free to our guests and allows you to rent a car. There are a few rental agencies that we can recommend, and a few that are located in the main airport.
