Perfect Getaway

Peaceful town house that is very spacious and clean. Nice trails to walk on viewing the Saco, with plenty to do with the kids and family close by. Great people and awesome getaway, very close to all the mountains and 45 min trip over to lincoln. We will definitly be back just because there is so much to do within such close range and the location is secluded and beautiful.

Girls Weekend

We had a great weekend away, the house was great! The location was absolutely perfect for all activities! We had a great game night in the very spacious living area and we each were comfortable with our own beds and bathrooms! Thanks so much for having us Stephanie!

Great place

The place was very comfortable and really felt like staying at a home. Location was perfect for us and there was plenty of space. Host was not very proactive in communicating but responded immediately when I had a question. Would def recommend.

Great Find!!

Perfect for large group or a couple families. 4 full baths - amazing! Layout is great - Lower familyroom and upper loft area - great for teens to hangout in. Well equipped kitchen, very clean property upon arrival and great location. Property mgr super responsive...would rent again for sure!

Weekend trip

This property is a MUST stay! The space and cleanliness was amazing—we could not have asked for any better. We are currently planning a family trip around this space! The host was also great. She answered all of my questions plus gave us some great recommendations, which were highlights of our trip! If you are looking for a place, this would be it!

Great location for ski vacation

We had a great stay at this north conway property. Conveniently located to ski at mutliple locations and easy access to rt 16 were huge pluses. The place is very comfortable, 4 bathrooms are huge help for getting folks ready for the day, and has great views of Saco river and the Cathedreral ledge rock walls. We had about 6" of snow overnight during our stay and parking lot was plowed by first light allowing us to get out in the morning to hit the slopes. They even shoveled the walk for us!

Summer getaway

Long weekend for hiking and outdoor activities. Place was nice and roomy. Just a few minor issues with some unfinished items (no doorknob on basement bathroom and no working AC on top floor that we could see) but place was very comfortable and clean. Decent location. A bit challenging to get to the river in the back of property (bit of a steep hill to descend) but doable.

Simple and nice for a weekend adventure.

No issues with the house, everything went fine. The drip coffee maker didn't work so we ended up just pouring hot water from the kettle over the filter. That was really the only issue. 10/10 would stay again.

Clean and cozy!

Thank you, Stephanie! We had a lovely stay. Location is perfect for skiing local to North Conway, shopping at the outlets, and having dinners out. We also weren’t afraid to venture out to Wildcat mountain and the Ice Castles (although those were closed). Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We were able to have coffee and breakfast, pack lunches for the day, and come home to make dinner. Everything was very, very clean. Even the throw blankets smelled like dryer sheets! We rented the week of Christmas break with my brother and his daughter. It was the perfect set up. They had their own space in the lower level including a bedroom and bathroom while my husband and I took the upstairs bedroom and bath and our son slept in the room next to us. The loft with tv and couch was perfect for our family. We were able to pair off but still feel together. Plenty of seating and I loved that the couches were leather rather than fabric because they much easier to keep sanitized. Of course, the guys loved that the reclined!! We’d definitely like to go back in the Summer and enjoy the Sacco River, located right behind the property!

nicer than photos -spacious

This rental is nicer than the photos! So many baths - so nice, huge tvs, quite spacious. Owner was super responsive. Great DRIVING location - but walking on a busy road to N. Conway is a stretch. there is NOT a side walk all the way in -which is a shame as it is nice. Great place to drive to Jackson/Conway - hike/ski. Would be nice if we had been given garage remote! Owner was super helpful! Smart TV were nice - we could log into our netflix - thank you. Nice warm water. SO LOVED the views from the back and side windows - wow, that was a treat!! It states 'walking' distance to N. Conway but there is a section with no sidewalks! It is a busy road. Odd the second TV is in the loft - too much noise for first tv in front room. The sixth seat was missing in the front room - we did not have enough room for the 6 of us, instead there was a large xmas tree (in mid february). We could not get the coffee maker to work (we reported it). Had a heck of a time getting the oven to turn on, Ended up we needed to select preset first.

Super Stay in NConway

Stephanie, our host, was very responsive to all my questions! The 3 bedrooms were very nice and comfortable, although one did not have air conditioning. 4 bathrooms is quite convenient and nice when sharing condo with other couples. Kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of counter space and room for several people to be attending to meal prep and clean up. Deck was great for sitting out and enjoying the evenings under the stars. Large dining room table was nice for eating and playing games. Short walk to town and trail along the Saco River was behind the condo. We recommend this place and would return . Kudos to Firefighters ! one member of our group was from a firefighters’ family and appreciated the memorabelia of host.

Great location, a lovely townhouse!

We had a wonderful stay at your townhouse! Very clean and comfortable and we all enjoyed relaxing in the reclining couches. We also got a kick out of the Christmas Tree! Very close to downtown, restaurants and attractions. Unfortunately we could not get the coffee pot to work, but there was a Keurig. Thanks so much, we had a wonderful family weekend!

Excellent property

The property itself is great. Very clean, nice living spaces. Central to everything in North Conway. Only issue was that we never received the code to the door and the property manager took 4 hours to respond to us regarding the issue. Then we were told it was VRBO’s fault, that they were supposed to send the codes to us. I checked all my spam, junk and deleted emails and it was. I where to be found. Luckily we were able to get in touch with the property owner through a neighbor and they were so apologetic and gave us the code to get in.

Quick NH summer getaway

Spacious, clean & comfortable unit along the Saco River ! Central location, right on 16 just north of N Conway center. 1/2 mike plus walk on busy road to town or hike thru woods along river - doable but not ideal with kids. Everything we needed and easily sleeps more than 8! ( we were 4) My husbands only issue was working the tv - he wanted to watch a sports game & we don’t think it was possible? (Netflix too with no tv remote directions available) Asked host but got minimal info. We would happily return especially for the great price! Great time!

Great property

The place was very nice. All the furniture is new and in great shape. The place is huge, 3 living areas and 3 large bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped.
