Magnificent Charming Suite in the heart of the Loire Valley, you will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in the middle of nature.

Located in Louresse-Rochemenier, near Saumur, in the Loire Valley in the "Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Park classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The "Balneo" Suite is located at the back of our house and is totally independent.
It is 57m2 and can accommodate 2 adults.

An independent entrance, a full kitchen with a TV lounge area.

A bedroom with a large King Size XL double bed (200x200cm), a whirlpool bath for 2, a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and access to a private terrace.

Linen provided (sheets, towels, dish towels).
Portable air conditioning!

The "Balneo" Suite offers:

- independent access,
- a complete kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, etc.),
- a large open bedroom with its walk-in shower,
- a whirlpool bath,
- a private terrace,
- a separate toilet,
- Unlimited Wi-Fi & TV access (Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video)

Options available upon request:

- Breakfast platter (waste, orange juice, coffee, tea) for 2 people = 20€

The parking lot has a 22kwh charging station for electric vehicles accessible free of charge.

The cleaning is to be done by you on departure, the accommodation must be left clean as when you arrived.
The accommodations are NON-SMOKING! You will have the possibility to smoke on the terrace area adjoining the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed.

The tourist tax is included in your overall rate.
