Conveniently located with quick access to I-71, the property offers a central location near Madeira, Indian Hill, Blue Ash, Norwood, Oakley, and Hyde Park. Enjoy the best of Cincinnati just 10ā€“15 minutes away, including the Reds and Bengals Stadiums, Cincinnati Childrenā€™s Hospital, University of Cincinnati, and Xavier University.

Popular attractions such as the Cincinnati Zoo, Newport Aquarium, Kings Island, Great American Ballpark, Paycor Stadium, the Cincinnati Museum Center, and the Cincinnati Art Museum are all within a 15-minute drive. The renowned Ark Encounter is just a 60-minute drive from the property.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed. A rollout crib is available in the master bedroom closet. The entire process was seamless with a contactless access. Much appreciated. House was lovely and my family (who is spread across the country) had a rare opportunity to catch up. We stayed up late in the living room just talking, sharing memories and laughing.

Family Hub for Graduation Celebration

The house was in a great location to be a hub for family coming from out of town to celebrate a University of Cincinnati graduation. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of space for visiting and super comfortable beds and bedding.

Itā€™s the perfect location for Cincy Open fans. A quick jump onto I71 North and youā€™re there. Plenty of dining options close by. A nice quiet neighborhood. Deer in the back yard one morning. Amenities were fine. Plenty of space for 4 adult males. Will visit again next Cincy Open.

We very much enjoyed the stay at this property ! It was extremely clean , roomy, and charming. The three bedrooms plus the very comfortable king sized pullout couch in the basement made this the perfect stay for our family. The owner is highly responsive and great to work with. Beautiful old stylish colonial. Wish 2nd floor was cooler but the AC ran constantly at 67 degrees and didn't fully cool the house. But, it was very warm and humid which. was expected in Cincinnati in July.

Family reunion

It was a lovely home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The owners had everything we could have wanted to make it easy to stay there. Even provided our coffee creamers along with the coffee and waffle mix with a Belgian waffle maker. Donā€™t let me forget to mention everything to make sā€™mores at the outdoor fire pit. You wonā€™t want to miss this place !!

Will Book Again!

We really enjoyed renting this house. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The upstairs does get warm in the summer but the basement was very cool. The bed in the basement was quite comfortable for being a pull out couch. We will definitely consider booking here again in the future!

Weekend Getaway

Great location, great house. It was myself, my daughter and a friend, along with another mom and daughter. The 3 bedrooms and basement were perfect for a group.We planned a trip to the zoo as well as Kings Island. The property was centrally located to allow for both easily. Host communicated well and was friendly. Will definitely stay again when visiting the Cincinnati area.

Great home with plenty of space

Stayed here with my family for five days. Plenty of room for my three kids and dad who stayed in the basement where he had his own bathroom. Good location with grocery stores and mall within five minutes. Visited kings island and other local family. Only suggestion is to have trash bags, coffee, creamer and maybe a few water bottles stocked for guests who arrive late at night. Also the upstairs shower takes a long time to drain. Plenty of towels though and washer/dryer was nice to have during our stay.
