Enjoy with family, friends or colleagues this 90 m2 apartment with garden which offers good times in perspective.<br>It sleeps 7 and private parking inside the house.<br>You will share the house with my pastry workshop which is located in the basement.<br>You can note its very good geographical location. You will be close to the airport<br>Saint-Exupéry, the TGV station, the stadium<br>Groupama Stadium, the LDLC Arena concert hall in Décines and the eurexpo centre.<br><br>THE ACCOMMODATION <br><br>You will be staying on the main floor of a house.<br>You will have 90 m? with a living room and an open equipped kitchen of about 45 mz.<br>The house consists of three bedrooms with<br>Sleeps 7.<br>The first grey and pink bedroom consists of a 140 by 200 double bed with a small wardrobe.<br>In the second green bedroom with a wall cupboard, you can sleep in a double bed 140x200 by 200.<br>In the third bedroom with a wall cupboard that could be called the children's room, you will have three 90 beds.<br>You will have a bathroom with a bathtub.<br>Possibility of providing a baby kit on request at the time of booking with a travel cot, a deckchair, a high chair...<br>You may meet people outside who come to my pastry workshop Les Gourmandises de Véro which is located in the basement of the house.<br>On request, I will be happy to teach you how to make macaroons, Paris-Brest, pies..<br>Pastry or cooking workshops will be possible during your stay.<br>On request, we can pick you up at the airport or wherever you want.<br>On the exterior level of about 400m2, you will have three terraces.<br>The exteriors are being renovated.<br>We apologize for any inconvenience caused.<br>You can park three cars inside the house.<br>You will be able to get around easily, as the house is located 300 m from a TCL bus stop to get to the nearest tram stop.<br>You will stay in Pusignan which is located 10 minutes from Lyon airport, 13 minutes from Groupama stadium and LDLC hall<br>Arena de Décines, 15 minutes from eurexpo and 30min from the Part-Dieu train station.<br>In the village you will find a bakery, restaurants, a supermarket, a gas station and a gym.<br>Free Wi-Fi access is available.<br><br>TRAVELLER ACCESS <br><br>You will be able to access the first floor of the house as well as the exteriors.<br>You may meet people who come to my pastry workshop.<br>You can park inside the house.<br>Note that the exteriors are being renovated (you can use them without any problem) as well as the stony access road to get to the house, it will be paved normally within two months.<br><br>MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION<br><br>During your stay, you can take part in a pastry workshop of your choice on request...<br>Want to discover how to make macaroons, Paris-Brest, a fruit tart, a dessert, savory mignardises like an aperitif dinner.<br>In the basement of the house, I have my small pastry workshop, Les Gourmandises de VERO where I organize pastry and cooking workshops, birthdays, bachelorette parties...<br>Do not hesitate to contact me for any requests...
