Be close to it all in Clintonville! This single level 2BR home has everything you need and is the perfect place for couples, friends, + families. Fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, washer and dryer, fenced yard and free parking (1-car garage)! Kid-friendly and pet-friendly amenities available upon request.

The Ohio State University (OSU) - 2 mile

The Calumet Bungalow is a 700 sq. ft single level home in Clintonville - voted best neighborhood in Columbus by 614 magazine! The Calumet Bungalow features two queen size beds, one full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with spices and olive oil, smart locks, fast WiFi, 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix and FuboTV (cable TV streaming), washer and dryer, 1-car garage, and fenced in backyard with fire pit. The bungalow includes books, games, and DVDs for all ages.
The bungalow is within walking distance of two grocery stores, several local restaurants, and local bars.
Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered. Pack-and-play, high chairs, outlet covers, and door knob covers provided to ease your stay away from home.
Access through front and back doors with keypad. Garage also accessible with keypad.
The home is exclusively yours during your stay. Washer and dryer is in the basement. We ask that guests do not use any other parts of the basement (we use it for storage).
Early check in and/or late check outs may be accommodated with at least 24 hour notice.
We live two blocks from the property and can be available when needed.
Clintonville is a trendy, family-friendly neighborhood centrally located to all major Columbus activities. You'll be blocks away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, two grocery stores, record shops, antique/vintage shops, and more!
Neighborhood is very walkable and bike friendly. 2 blocks from public transportation and very close to scooters and bikes for rent. 4 blocks from the Olentangy River bike trail.

Great Property

Had a great stay. Property was extremely well furnished and clean. The owner went way beyond what was expected in stocking it with drinks, snacks, toiletries, etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again the next time we’re in the area.

Great place in a great neighborhood. Very dog friendly, great neighborhood for walks and fenced in backyard. Close to OSU (we were visiting our daughter) and lots of thoughtful touches (dog bed and tennis balls for our fur babies, snacks, extra charging cords). House matched the pictures in listing and was very clean. We will be back!

Perfect stay!

Outside of OSU's crushing loss to Michigan, our stay here was perfect! Everything we could have wanted was provided and then some - snacks, toiletries and even some OSU face stickers to wear to the game. We loved it all!

I was in Cbus for a funeral. I was distracted and sad. I could not possibly ask more from the property owner. I peppered her with questions that she had already provided in writing. I couldn’t connect to the internet - she came over and fixed the problem within minutes. The house is immaculate and welcoming. The location to restaurants and activities is an A!

A Clintonville Vibe

Located only two blocks from our daughter’s house this property allowed us a wonderful family Christmas together! Our three little ones loved going to a different nearby playground every day. Everything we needed for the week was only a couple blocks away on High Street.

Visit with friends.

I live in Florida and I needed to visit with my favorite friends. The house was very clean. As a matter of fact it was the cleanest that I had ever stayed in. Nice area. We were gone most days but really had a great time. Great Host!!!

Clintonville visit

We visited our son who is renting in the area. Perfect location for us. Just 10 minute walk to see him. Brought our dog. Fenced in back yard was great. Snacks, drinks and fruit was a nice touch too.

5 Star Stay!

My husband and I are fortunate enough to be able to travel on a semi-regular basis. At this point in our lives, calm, quiet, and clean is at the top of our priority list. I cannot begin to explain how thoroughly this property checked all those boxes and more! Amie thought of everything and even had baby products such as as shampoo, baby wash and hand sanitizer available when she learned we were traveling with a toddler! You can't get much better than that kind of service! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Cute place, well-appointed, updated, and clean. Funky/cool neighborhood, very safe. Good communication with ownership, who provided walkable restaurant recommendations. Nice touches such as snacks, a few drinks in the fridge, and stocked with coffee, etc. I don't love being asked to strip the bed when paying for accommodations, but that's a small complaint. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Super Clean and Cozy House near OSU

We had a wonderful stay at this cute, comfortable and very clean house in Clintonville. Amie had thought of everything--it was so nice that things were labeled and easy to find and the basket of snacks was awesome! The beds were very comfortable and the house was quiet, so we slept well. Our son and daughter-in-law live in a tiny condo about a mile away. We've always either stayed with them or in a hotel, but this house was way better! I hope it's available the next time we are heading to Columbus because we would love to stay here again!

Excellent experience!

We really enjoyed our time at the bungalow and our daughter keeps saying she wants to go back to the little blue house! It was a lovely space with more amenities than we could have even thought to ask for (like baby soap and baby hand sanitizer!) The whole place was very thoughtfully designed. It was close to basically everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you so much!

Nice home with all the amenities

We enjoyed our stay on a weekend visit to Columbus. I was impressed with the thoughtful extras, like some toiletries available for guests if they forgot something. The fenced yard was perfect for our 4-legged friends. Would stay here again!
